   Bought chicken and put in fridge but when i was going to cook the next day it was off very bad slimey n smelly i took it back and lady said you have to cook it same day but thats not true if its fresh chicken. I gave benefit of the doubt i went to buy some wings i asked to smell it and it was very bad pungent foul smell clearly off but the man says its normal and not off. The lamb and beef look brown and off too. What is going on here? You cant serve these meat someone could get poisoned.

   ⸻ I shop in this store very often and the lady at the till knows me well. Today, for no reason, my card was declined. I tried to pay with another card and she told me, “Next time check before you come because this is wasted paper.” Are you serious? I spend my money in their shop, with their overpriced items, and she tells me I’m wasting their paper?! This is really bad customer service. You cannot treat a regular customer this way.

   Not sure how this place is still running. They try to scam you by either over charging at the till or by claiming you’ve given them less cash than you did. It’s obviously a habit as there’s so many reviews saying the same thing. It’s sad that this store is trying to scam their customers and hoping they won’t notice. I will definitely never shop here again!

   Be careful if you’re paying cash. Paid £20 in cash and the lady behind the counter insisted I’d given her £10. Had to stand there and argue and push her to check her camera footage. Finally suddenly accepted I’d paid £20 when her boss was about to get involved. Didn’t even apologize once! Thieves!

   Friendly staff, variety of stock. Fresh fruit and veg varied and good. Definitely ‘international’; such a wide range. Tried Foxnuts (Makhana) for first time. You can buy snacks and go and sit in park across the road - hardly any children/families use it and the swings are a really good height for adults. Oh, mustn’t forget the range of dates and real Turkish Delight they have too. All in all, been three times as I worked in neighbourhood and took colleagues in to explore second and third time - it’s like an emporium of amazing loveliness

   It’s a bunch of thieves!!! I live in the area since two years and they even call me by name, but they cannot help themselves to overcharge their best customers because this is the way this place makes money. I started to ask the receipt since I saw elderly people complaining to them. Also a lady saying “it’s a mistake if do it once, yours it’s an habit if you keep doing it over and over”. A young mother with two babies and full of bags already stressed, asking why they changed her for a box a water over £5 and she didn’t take any water. An old man coming back saying they charged him £10 for a bag of crisps for his niece. I even said to the man who is always behind the till that this is a very dishonest behaviour and that he is stealing to his clients who brings him money, but he didn’t seem to care. Obviously people are choosing the Tesco just few minutes walk from them, me too. Please avoid if you can this place or ask always the receipt and check in from of them. I even wrote an email to the council. Shame on you!!!!
