Had Mounjaro pen from them, each pen has four doses. The pen failed to load fourth dose due to faulty pen, a video evidence was sent to company but they declined refund. I have worked in clinical field and have experience of injection pens for many years.
Absolute nightmare, pretty much every time I put my order in there are issues and my medications are not delivered. When there are issues the website site just sends you to an error page and when you finally get through to customer care you are informed nothing has been sent, you have to collect from local pharmacy. I might as well go back to my pharmacy I need help but at least I can get my medications.
It's quicker to get your prescription while your at the doctors. I live 5 minutes away and I can wait around 4/5 days for my medication, very poor service.
Worse place to work at!! 98/100 fake people and liars!! Lots mind games and politics going on in this warehouse!
I work as a Locum (working in many pharmacies) and the amount of headache this company gives me is unbelievable people coming in for Loans of medication because these cowboys didn’t get there meds on time a lot of people just go back to bricks and mortar after a few months internet pharmacy has no place in pharmacy. The internet is only good for shopping where it does not matter if your shoes turn up late!
As underhanded as they come. Confusing the general public with sneaky marketing (borderline illegal) and then the reputable pharmacies have to deal with the aftermath of all the confusion! Make hay while the sun shines, because you certainly won't be around in 5-10yrs time.
Worse place I ever work. The managers and a team leaders horrible. The workers doesn't speak English and they packing a very serious life savings medicine. The all place a joke and dirty. And the dont like to pay the wages. Simply stealing are wage So dont work here if you dont want to feel that you are a Slave.
I had been using my local pharmacy for my repeat prescription and the service was great, I just used to get a text to say my items were ready to collect. Then I moved to Merseyside, well they could not organise their own hair, completely useless and tried all the local chemists, so I tried Pharmacy2u,, and what a massive relief, I almost came off the blood pressure tablets. A breath of fresh air, I just use the app, mark the items I need and within the week they usually arrive at my door, with notifications to tell me the progress. This is the service I need because I am abroad most of the time now. WELL DONE PHARMACY2U !!!
