The shop details are clearly incorrect. I have come here 3 times and called before I came and they have never been open. Even when I call them, they claim to be open but aren’t when I get there. Travel is not cheap
Terrible customer service. I was charged a higher price to the one I’d agreed at the checkout stage. When I asked to be refunded the difference which they initially agreed to after admitting a fault with their website. When I asked for an update on the refund, I was told that it was fine and that they had charged me the right amount, which was incorrect. Sadly I don’t believe I should pay for their mistakes. Dissapointing experience, be sure to check all your prices and keep screen shots of the checkout screen in case the same happens to you.
