   Absolutely enthusiastic store owner. This is my very first review I've left for any store. So that is saying something. She is extremely polite and fun to talk to. Most store owners/employees seem jaded and not happy. However, this store owner is so jovial and nice. I was introduced to eastern products I never knew existed; I did not know there were Street Fighter, Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon soda cans. And on a jokingly side-note, if this store ever shuts down permanently, I'll kill everyone, and then myself. Now go and enjoy Japanese/Chinese/Thai/Korean products.

   I went to this establishment to purchase my ingredients to make kimchi. I had no idea what I was doing, just had a list of ingredients needed. The shop keeper, who (I'm so sorry) name I don't remember took the take to advise me the best ingredients to buy. But get this she also took the time to insist I record the instructions on how to make authentic kimchi. I made my kimchi before June. Its been on the shelf since then. Today the 24th of October I opened a jar, admittedly I was afraid, had I sterilised the jars throughly, would it taste nice, but let me tell you it's the best Kimchi I have ever had. I want to give all honour and respect to this shop owner, who took the time to give me step by step instructions. If your reading this, bless you for you commitment and passion for what you do, your love shone through and translated into the best kimchi I have ever tasted. I salute you!!! 5stars isn't enough for the best customer service i have ever experienced. I will without a doubt be back and I highly recommend everyone to go and visit. Excellent service!!!!

   Had the best experience at this store, the store owner was attentive and very knowledgable. The customer service was 100/100 and would definitely return. I purchased ingredients from here which were all authentic , my first time making char Sui and it came out delicious

   This store is brilliant, so well stocked with everything you need to put together 100’s of eastern dishes. The owner is what makes it, she gives fantastic advice and has recipes ready to dictate to you at the drop of a hat. She has helped me make many dishes from scratch with instruction on how to prepare items that I’m not used to cooking. She is amazing as is the store. I can not recommend this place enough if you find your self wanting to expand your cooking. 5 stars all day every day.

   I’ve been to FLK so many times and I have never had a bad experience. The owner is the definition of lovely and dedicated to not only making sure you get everything you came for, but also educating you on different ways of how to use the ingredients. The store may be small, but it’s packed with such variety and a constant stream of new ingredients. Even though I’ve moved away from Catford, I still make the journey to get my Asian groceries from here and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

   Amazing Shop. Great Products, great value. The proprietor was very helpful in recommending items i could use to create new dishes. I just came in for a peruse initially out of curiosity, but then she gave me lots of advice and inspiration for new dishes i'd wanted to but never cooked before. I made Beijing duck pancakes from her recipe , and chicken rendang with hand pulled noodles. Both delicious! See photos for how they turned out, thanks so much!

   The owner was very nice and gave me a bunch of recipes for the stuff I bought. The store had everything I could possibly want whether it's Chinese, Japanese or Korean this store has it all. The part that I liked the most about this store however is how extremely clean it was, everything was shining and the shelves had no dust on them, honestly it was amazing. Overall this was the best store I found so far. 10/10. The recipes that the owner gave me were super nice. Here are some pictures of a few things I made so far.

   AMAZING customer service. The store is small, but very well stocked with a wide range of Korean, Chinese and Thai food. Shortly after entering the store I was warmly welcomed by a lady, who turned out to be Lai. She had loads of knowledge of the products and guided me through the use of numerous items. Lai made suggestions and explained how best to cook them. I left the shop with a few very useful items, some of which can be seen in the photo (Yasmin rice and brown rice vermicelli) with chicken cooked in coconut milk. Good value for money. Would definitely return.
