My husband and I booked in for our flu jabs and arrived with minutes to spare only to find a queue of about 6 people and a 45 minutes wait. Unfortunately the member of staff doing the vaccination had extra work to do this time which caused the long wait. Also he still had duties within the pharmacy. If only they had explained the reason for the backlog a lot of anger and frustration could have been avoided. The pharmacy isn't equipped to have long queues. We were there nearly an hour this year whereas only minutes in previous years.

Great little chemist, always seems well staffed and always offering to do blood pressures. Have managed to accommodate short notice prescriptions for me and locate near by stocks quickly when they haven't had any themselves. Street parking available although near school, library and sports center so this is sometimes limited. Does have it's own small designated car park around the back and located next to Asda so does have a large car park near by.

Visited this pharmacy today and was very impressed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and I did not have to wait long at all. Would definitely use this pharmacy again.

I have visited this chemist today and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I went in with a specific issue and they gave me great advice and recommendations. I didnt have to wait to be seen and they even offered to check my blood pressure whilst I was there. Excellent service and saves me a trip to the GP.

Havenβt been here for a while, but when I visited again this week I was pleasantly surprised with everyoneβs efficiency and kindness. Both the pharmacist and staff were helpful, kind and patient with everyone. Hope you keep up the good work!

So much potential but so much disappointment. On paper it's so convenient right next to the doctors, but in reality it's such a letdown. I've tried to collect three different prescriptions over the last 18 months. Each time has resulted in a long delay and problems getting prescriptions (either they closed early and I had to then wait 4 days for a prescription because of a weekend and bank holiday, once they were shut because not enough staff so a 2 day wait or just staff incompetence as they placed gossiping over dealing with customers). Last occasion resulted in the waiting room being packed and no sense of order. Avoid if you can!

The staff here are always really polite, friendly and very helpful. I come in frequently and I am always met with pleasant greetings and helpful staff. The regular pharmacist is always extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful this is my local chemist!

I visit this Pharmacy often over many years. The Pharmacist & staff are excellent, and always most pleasant & helpful. They are very jolly with an excellent sense of humour. Many thanks to them all for such good Customer Service.

So disappointed with Cohens. My mum had gone in to pick up her repeat prescription. She had specified a brand for her medications as she reacts badly to other brands. I left with the bag unaware they hadn't given those brands. As soon as I got home, my mum and I realised they were not the requested brands. I returned to Cohens within minutes of leaving. The pharmacist refused to do anything, despite having the correct brand meds in store. When my mum asks what if she reacts, the pharmacist replied that's not on them, anyone can react to any medication. I replied that we are specifically saying that my mum does react and it's not to chance. She eventually agreed to change the meds. Very disappointed in the service.
