Pharmacist completely rude and degrading and didn’t help. Would recommend getting some customer service skills before taking a customer facing role.
This is a first class pharmacy and a real asset to the village, I don't know where the people of Bramhope would be without it. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and they go out of their way to provide assistance.
Excellent pharmacy, really helpful staff, questions and enquiries answered professionally, clearly, concisely and always politely. My GP commented to me how on the ball they are.

I have lived in Bramhope village since 1985. The pharmacy used to be perfect in every sense. During the last decade, a new member of staff emerged. She appears to have little self awareness i.e. the manner in which she speaks to me and others can be condescending and School-marmish. I think she rather enjoys it. However it doesn't impress me. A real shame as other staff are polite and helpful. I see no hope of improvement.
Refused to help us despite being in obvious need.

Best pharmacy around. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
