Fastest service every time I go which is twice a week for last twelve months I have been going there really really is good
Last few times I've tried to pick up a prescription they've not had it and I've had to take my prescription to a different pharmacy. Today there just isn't a pharmacist in at all so noone gets their prescription. This is after I've waited a whole week after submitting my prescription for them to get it filled. I now can't get it today or tomorrow as it's sunday. It's a good thing it's not anything life threatening
The time wasters, rude staff. Made an appointment for a flu jab, got a confirmation and two reminders. Came in the morning after a night shift and to make it to the next shift. Was told they don't do flu shots.
The pharmacist stepped in when we were in desperate need of a medication for our babies, where we had been waiting more than two weeks at our regular pharmacy. They rang suppliers to get a special delivery to help. They were kind to me when I was stressing and so incredibly professional when recommending how we prevent this in the future.
1 star is generous. I will never use this pharmacy again. Staff are extremely rude and lack the understanding on how a phone works. There was an issue with getting my prescription as another pharmacy without my knowledge had taken over my prescription eventually was sorted and well pharmacy confirmed I was under them for prescriptions however this was not the case, I had called multiple times throughout the day to make sure my prescription was ready - made over 31 calls - no answer. After work I went down to this pharmacy and they told me I was not under them and needed to contact the other pharmacy, i explained I had called so many times and no one would answer, if they had answered I would have been able to sort this out - I was told the phone is broke, I then called it in front of her and it rang perfectly fine and the look on her face was embarrassing and she said nothing, I struggle with mental health and the medication was to help manage my symptoms and can have dangerous side effects if I suddenly stop taking it - they had 0 empathy and were extremely rude and lied to me about the phone not working, I left in tears. Disgusted by the staff.
Excellent at losing prescriptions, if an item is not in stock they ask for your number to let you know, but don’t bother and say we’ve not got time to do this, so why take my number in the first place, Abrupt staff, derogatory comments made about other customers whilst being able to be heard by other waiting customers. Embarrassing!
My local pharmacy, where my repeat prescription gets delivered every month. And every month the workers of Well pharmacy interrogate me, treat me like a criminal, tell me meds aren't in when they are and cause problems for me literally trying to pick up my necessary, prescribed medication which I pay for. And when I point out there's a problem caused solely by their staff, every single month, which generally just serves to waste large amounts of my time, they laugh and say "yeah". Do not recommend. They clearly think their job is something other than dispensing medication.
Good variation of shops.maybe a little investment to update and modernise might attract more people.
