   Had my emergency prescription sent there and they started ignoring phone then said they didn’t have the medication then said they going to send me onto another pharmacy and a hour went by and still nothing, I rang back and they told me I need to find a pharmacy that had my medication needed and apply again, even tho it’s policy for them to find you your medication. Lazy slow working bad attitude would not recommend this as your pharmacist

   Poor Service Did not deliver my father's tablets every time you ring they say driver is sick. When is medication was changed they still issued old medication and said it wasn't picked up on the computer.

   If your a pharmacist your suppose to either give the medication ask for and if in doubt advice with research. I pay for prescription cheaper for me to buy certain medications. I don't know where you did your degree however I have given some useful links to research "What levels are safe for vitamin D " in your spare time you can have the pleasure to educate yourself and don't just follow rigid guidelines which by the way are just there for guidance!. Hux d3 I buy from boots without any issues which was closed today. I can also get them online without any issues too. There is alot of research on vitamin D and covid which you all should look at as healthcare professionals. I had covid too after which weakness and effected my vitamin D levels further. Absolutely shocking service.

   I have been using Al Shafa for some time after having constant issues at Boots across the road. I have found the staff friendly and polite, especially the lady who works there regularly. She is lovely and friendly and always asks after me. Very rarely had any issues but when there has been, its been handled professionally and swiftly and they were apologetic and sincere (unlike boots who accused me of losing a prescription when they were the ones that lost it, caused me to go without medications that have awful withdrawal symptoms and then didn't even apologise).

   Took my daughter here to get her checked out, the main guy wasnt even interested and was only interested in making his own profit on me and started selling me creams and medicines. Shame as this used to be a good pharmacy!

   Nothing but Useless, Tablets are always late, people are rude, customer service well, I dont think they're trained or bothered either. They also say they will ring you back & never do! I will be changing services when I find somewhere. Extremely Disgusting.
