Only gave 1 of my 3 things on prescription, and didn't include an information sheet in the one thing they did give me so I couldn't read up on side effects.
I would give no stars if I could. Used to be a good and helpful service but different staff recently and they have been rude and unhelpful. I was asked to go to the pharmacy by the GP for a consultation for an infection. I've been up there twice today and messed about. Not seen and still not treated. 'Don't care' attitude. Also, was asked to call at 6 and nobody answering the phone.
The workers tried to withhold my autistic partners controlled drugs for 2 days. Matthew claimed the doctors told them too which was a barefaced lie as I called and asked the doctors surgery and they had no notes on system to support the pharmacist claim. When confronted about this they told us we have to find a new pharmacy as we are now bannned from here. Joker can’t be trusted with vulnerable people’s prescriptions. Also on multiple occasions they have delivered the wrong medication which my partner doesn’t take. Kareem the manager refused to discuss the situation which is extremely unprofessional for a manager in a business. Be careful using this pharmacy I would suggest Boots instead
Incompetent & unorganised! 6 times I gave my babies DOB, her name (including spelling), our address & checked back with the doctors surgery they had sent the prescription all in a 30 minute period. Firstly, I want to point out I do not blame the trainee for any of this because her supervisors should be training her and not aimlessly picking through numerous baskets of prescriptions due to their lack of organisation. The staff were rude, unprofessional and clearly not capable of their job. The chemist also changed the doctors prescription dose on my babies medication from a 2ml dose to a 2.5ml dose. If at any point during the 6 times I gave her DOB she would have realised my baby is not 1yr+ old and therefore the doctor reduced the dose for her age. Others may not have been told by the doctor what dose to give and taken this chemists word as gospel.
Nice and clean inside, staff friendly. But feels like total chaos inside, no one quite knowing where stuff is and it looks apparent. I've been in a few times and it's always the same, just doesn't fill you with confidence. I think some improvements are needed on the processes and how everything comes across to the customer.
Having recently had a worrying diagnosis, medication was hard to source. Matthew went over and above to fulfil my prescription even calling other pharmacies to round up the rest of my medication. He kept me informed all the time, was polite and professional and put my mind at rest. I have another prescription outstanding with another pharmacy (same medication) who have just said basically there is nothing they can do and won’t offer a refund for partial fulfilment of my prescription. Wished I had taken my original one to Morley first, as it’s still outstanding with the other! No resolution offered except “make a complaint on the website”. Thank you for your help Matthew!
Excellent service today. They are clearly a very busy team but after noticing the antibiotic dosage for my son was incorrect they still took the time to go next door and speak to the doctor directly and get a corrected prescription.
Fantastic service. Our previous pharmacy in Morley said eye drops my wife needed were out of production. Morley Pharmacy rang round and found a supplier in a couple of hours. That was over 2 months ago. No problem since. Pleasant friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.
