Really kind staff very helpful!!! Prices are good for Greenwich and a wide selection of international goods. So nice to be able to shop and chat and know the staff actually care about their customers.
The staff were very helpful, I asked for directions when I bought my items and the prices were cheaper compared to Tesco.
Service was fast and let me off 10p on a drink. Good selection.
Places like this should be closed and not exist. There was dust and dirt all over the items they sell there and also the lady was smoking a vape inside the shop. That’s unacceptable

I agree with some of the views regarding customer service. The blonde lady at the till is very abrupt and not helpful when I asked if they have stopped taking Hermes / Evri parcels. She was quite rude and turned her head away saying they stopped this service 2 yrs ago. Not surprised really as I am sure the company wouldn’t want to work with them anyway.
I bought data cable from this shop. Initially it was good but after few weeks it has started charging my phone too slow and i went to them and Lady was so kind she replaced it and she also gave me complimentary chocolate and a gum Wow! So kind Best off licence shop in London i found until now
Always a great supply of essentials, I also use this to drop off Hermes parcels once a week. There are a lot of customers in store and on here complaining about the staff, you need to learn patience. They are running a business and paying customers will always be a priority. At least try to buy something when your in there.
No idea what the other reviews are about. The staff here are ridiculously friendly, I come here every day to drop off my hermes parcels and they are always so lovely and up for a chat. I have witnessed terrible manners from other customers though so if you're not prepared to be kind and nice then don't expect them to be nice back to you!
