I waited nearly 2hours for my go puff delivery no way of contacting them nothing! I used to use the Croydon one all the time never had an issue were IV moved I have too order from deliveroo/Uber eats but won't use gopuff again absolutely ridiculous service!
My daughter ordered a go puff it was running late and we called the driver who answered the phone but didn't talk !! No apology, no explanation nothing. Order came up as driver couldn't find us, he hadn't even got to our street! He was a good street away and it said he couldn't find our address!! We've never had an issue before.
Good and fast delivery! I've ordered a few times with gopuff and the drivers were always friendly. Also, discounts all the time. Recommend :)
One of their bike riders hit my vans wing Mirror broke it asked for contact number guess what no number and playing dumb would be another story if I run him down wouldn’t it!!!!!!!
