   This Lidl store is one of the best I have used so far. Every week the food is well stocked and when you need an item the members of staff are always very keen and enthusistic to help. Last week I needed some meat (Lamb) and the Manager, Egy tried to find out whether they had any in storage and promptly helped me out. The members of staff try very hard to be helpful although some customers are very difficult to please and rude too. Personally I would never work in this hectic environment. Hats off to Lidl in Bromley. P.s. I think Lidl should lower their prices :)

   Went in and saw a long lamp light we liked. Had no price so went and asked a member of staff who said they would find out. Stood there waiting and a member of staff in a Lidl Christmas jumper (may be a manager) picked them all up, put them in a trolley and walked off. Didn't say anything. Customer service could use some work.

   I’ve been shopping here for quite sometime. Iggy or eggy at the self check out is not only out of control but also is rude and racist. She asked the customers to move things for her. She had people around, specially people with customers. Mind you i do not work for lidl. She has the nerve to call me “Ignorant” when I didn’t follow her bossing me around asking me to put away my shopping basket. An employee has no right to make comments about a customer who comes to shop SPECIFICALLY when you “SELF CHECKOUT”. We appreciate the affordability but the customer service is just absurd. This sort of behavior is a real issue for your brand and Lidl needs to understand to treat people better. We all go through hardships and moody days it doesn’t mean that you take it out on your customers. This isn’t the first time this kinda behavior took place. Look into it. This took place on november 21st around 6:40 pm. Train your employees to be human and not racist. This Iggy or eggy person never raises her voice to her own race or lighter skin people. NO hate all lives matter. Hope you fix this asap.

   My 3-year-old son and I both became sick after eating prawns purchased from Lidl. My son experienced repeated vomiting, and I also felt unwell. This was very distressing, and I am concerned about the safety and freshness of the seafood sold. Other customers, especially those with young children, should be extremely cautious. Lidl needs to investigate this product and ensure it is safe to eat.

   An hour before they close they decide to close all the self checkouts and leave just one till open which leaves huge queues,,, loads of staff available still to go on tills but there more interested in getting ready to leave, despite there being an hour left till the store closes, really badly managed store

   Standard LIDL store with the usual bits. Didn't have to ask anything to the staff so no interaction on this occasion. Downside is a long way from parking. So if you are looking for quick shopping then yes.

   Rude toned staff to each other. One in particular was very lippy. Deserved what customer called him in store. Went off on one at her but the customer was right, he was rude and should not be talking to/about other staff members in the way he did. Absolutely appalling.
