   I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your staff members at the counter. On our recent visit to collect an order before 10 PM, the counter person was extremely rude and unwelcoming. It felt as though he was not happy to hand over the parcel, despite us arriving well within the operational hours. Unfortunately, the situation worsened the next day when I had to send my parents to collect an order on my behalf. The same staff member was again disrespectful, even raising his voice at them without any valid reason. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. We visit your establishment expecting good service and respect, not to be insulted or treated with hostility. This experience has impacted our self-respect and left us feeling deeply disappointed. We urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that no other customer has to go through such treatment in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter

   I tried to use their UPS drop-off service and after 3 trips to shop, I am still not able to do so. Every time, I go there, they come up with yet another excuse on why they can't accept the package. Extremely rude, incompetent and lazy staff.

   They are rude and lazy, they didnt even try to help me when I tried to return an item to amazon, to what they are registered for and they couldnt be bothered to have to return the item, so they just decided to not help me. What a waste of time and disrespect, never coming back! And contacted amazon to report the issue so hopefully no one else have to deal with them!

   Been here for a UPS parcel, waited at the queue, and a lady cit the queue which of course I thought it's very unpolite and said "Excuse me". However, the vendor decided to serve the lady cutting the queue. Other than that, quick service and helpful people.

   Helpful staff and seems to sell almost everything. Lots of choice and prices are reasonable given the long opening hours. It also accepts parcels for Collect+ if you have anything to send via that route.
