   Appalling customer service. Stood there waiting and was completely ignored. A white woman walked in and staff were so attentive towards her. Wish they would learn some manners or choose another profession.

   The staff here are all very pleasant and go above and beyond. A few times I have rung up after requesting the medicines on the system online app and they have got it ready for me early. I have even had delivery home. Very polite over the phone and in person, always willing to help. Thank you.

   We were told to go to the pharmacy for my sister who has tonsillitis! We were referred by the doctors. They asked us personal questions in front of EVERYONE and didn’t take us to a private room. It was very embarrassing and when asked why they didn’t take us to private room they showed us it has dirt in! Why they don’t have a private room is INSANE! Clean the room and make sure you can take people into a private room! We were told oh criteria is 3 days before we can give something so they didn’t check her temperature nothing! I was there from 4-5pm it’s an absolute joke! Very very very disappointed and disgusted at the service provided here.
