Reliable place for daily groceries. Fresh produce, good variety, and the store is always clean. Staff are welcoming and helpful.
The staff here are completely unprofessional. The way they treat people is honestly ridiculous — it’s hard to even put into words how poorly they behave. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I paid for shopping to be delivered to my home address I got the wrong order with my name on it when I called the store they wasn't helpful at all, yes I can issue a refund but thats not what I paid for I might aswell come in store and do it myself, I had a long order how do you get that wrong? I also had an order number, whats the point of paying for delievery if staff are not even checking the order number waste of money and time.
Not one or two unprofessional behaviour, bad experiences. And now such as we are spotted by the store camera as at the entrance and the exit they launch that Bip. Last time the securoty guard was pointing at us and doing weird gestures with his face, he denied when Asked him what is the problem ! They he said he was just telling me enter! Such as that gestures were necessary ! What going with us every time we shop there is more than stange
Was in need of some specific ingredients that I couldn’t find in the other nearby stores. Extra firm tofu and paneer. Eventually ended up here and was able to find both which was a wonderful surprise. Could have done with a few more cashiers as there was only one and the queues were super long. Once I got to the cashier, though, she was the warmest cashier I’ve ever had the pleasure of encountering. Keep smiling!
Very good and affordable place to buy stuff. Plenty of staff and options, wide alleys that allow many shopper through, and a convenient self-checkout system. Less cheap than the Lidl next door, but it is covered by the availability of items: I've rarely seen anything run out here. Would recommend if you want to buy stuff at a reasonable price while not swiching between shops.
If you’re planning to book an escape room, cancel it. Just come to this Sainsburys and try to find all your dairy items within 15 minutes… the store layout is appalling, it’s literally mind boggling how a reputable store can make things so difficult for customers. The dairy items are scattered all over the store isles, impossible to do a quick shop. Sainsbury’s, if you need a consultant to help you out, please let me know…
I got surprised when got in after a long long time, supermarket was entirely changed. Specially look really clean and tidy. Staff was really friendly and helpful. You can find almost everything we looking. Highly recommend.
