All the staff are pleasant and helpful, apart from the red haired lady with glasses who comes across rude. Every time I go in for my prescription and she serves me, she always says my pre payment as run out, yet its on the system. One of the pharmacist told her not to keep asking and she ignored him and continued to be rude to me.
This chemist used to be so good and handy but now you have to wait quite a while for your precription to b sighned of , i got some of my medicine and was told come back tomorrow for the rest , so i did only to be told they had none , i explained i needed the rest today as i have none left and was assured they would be there around six oclock , i rang at four to check it was still ok only to be told they might come in tomorrow afternoon , , very dissapointed because if i had been told from start they having trouble getting them it would have been my choice to wait or go somewhere that had some , ladies behind the desk were lovely , shame there front line for unhappy customers
Getting worse. They are supposed to deliver my regular medication due to my current mobility issues. First time I couldn’t get to the door in time so they took them back. I then went into the chemist and asked them to put a note on system to say if there was no answer could they please leave them over the locked side gate. He said yes. Last week, they just left a note through the door again saying “unable to deliver”. Trying to contact them via phone is almost impossible as well. Edited to update, I have increased my score as when I managed to get in today they were very nice and apologised and said it was due to their regular driver being on holiday. They also responded on here so thank you.
This is by far the worst pharmacy in Leeds. Everytime I go in the queues are out the door and the staff are just stood around talking about food, tv shows or walking around like headless chickens. On top of that the amount of times I've been in to collect my medication that they've had the prescription for for 5 days. And when I go to collect it the amount of items out of stock is crazy. It's crazy with so many staff and yet it appears only 1 person is serving. Best off going to the pharmacy over the other side.
Stated that it was open on the website but unfortunately was closed when we arrived on new year's day!!!!
Lately really poor service I've been ringing since 9am this morning engaged or just don't answer can't get my prescription really annoyed poor service

Until recently this was a very good pharmacy but within the last 3 week it's gone down the Drain. Cannot get through on phone they admit if they are busy they turn the phones off they seem to be all new staff deliveries are all mixed up my mother has Dosset boxes every 2nd Thursday they only delivered one with no sign of the other when you go see them they don't have a clue were the other is. Terrible service now
This is the 4th chemist I have moved to due to previous chemist been useless or damn right rude. I've been with manor park pharmacy for almost 6 months now & have had no problems at all. Evan during the covid my regular medication has been ready when it should be. Its nice to walk into a chemist & the staff be smiling & laughing. My grandparents use the delivery service & more often than not the meds arrive a day early. Good service keep up the good work manor park
