   A valuable ,well used and vital part of the Menston community. The staff are always helpful ,friendly and pleasant despite being obviously overworked and constantly very bizy. The shop however is in dire need of draging out of the 1970s and refurbished to make it work better for the pharmacists and customers. A larger medication storage and dispensing area !! Perhaps by moving the counter forward up to the archway. Updating the shop display units to a more modern space saving and better designed to display shop items. Replace tatty flooring and decoration. It currently looks like a big mish mash of old items displays and furniture. It doesn't inspire great confidence in the dispensing medication in a clean professional manor. Review opening hours.. The doctors open surgery starts at 8.30 So a half hour wait to get your prescription. Lunch hour closing is a pain. I personally have been caught out a number of times with a closed shop and no one answering the telephone!!! No Saturday opening?? Are we living in 2025 ? A time when working people have the opportunity to collect there prescriptions. Come on Cohens please invest a little money in your thriving business. For the sake of your staff and customers!!!!

   This pharmacy has made changes to improve the customer experience. A few months ago, there would always be a long wait to pick up prescriptions. Whatever has happened has had a great impact. Service is much quicker. Staff are always helpful & polite.

   The yellow man is very friendly, and gave me all the drugs. The yellow man gives, and the yellow man takes. There is a dirty Café across the road but other than that the vistas are great, excellent sea view and the beds are clean and comfy! Thanks yellow man for the great ethanol.
