   Never made it through to the optician so can't comment on that aspect. Made an appointment for Sunday which they cancelled the day before. Remade the appointment for the Wednesday at 3.30 pm , phoned after lunch to make sure everything was ok. I was told that no appointment was in the diary for that time but if I came down before 4pm they could fit me in. Waited around on arrival for a few minutes to be told I'd missed my appointment as it was at 3.30. They said I could wait around and might be able to fit me in. Told them to get their act together and left. Would give no star if I could.

   These chemists go above and beyond to help. Naz is a star. She saw I was stressed at having little time to make a trip back and did a mini consultation at the desk, basically figuring out a way to provide me with my prescription there and then instead of having to come back another time. Thank you Naz!

   Sat here enjoying my glasses. I suddenly realised i needed to leave a good review 23/02/25 was the exam date. The optometrist sidra did a very good job on my eye test. My problem is more eye misalignment, not so much prescription, and I think over decades of eye tests and different glasses, I've never had such a good result. And I've been referred to hospital before and had less success. She gave me the option to be referred to hospital or try with prism lenses. She did lots of different tests and tests I've never had before for double vision. She honestly did an incredible job to get an incredible result, and she deserves credit for that. Finally I've got clear vision, and it's not wonky. Took no time at all to get used to. So happy with the results, and Sidra (I'm assuming it's her, she signed the lenses prescription) is a calming soul and clearly very clever. She did a great job. I got my glasses weeks ago now. Hopefully, she sees this. It's easy to be kind and gentle, and it makes anxious people like me comfortable. Thank you.

   Fab opticians - nipped in at the end of Feb thinking I had an eye infection & to get some over the counter drops. Optician was working & offered to take a look - ended up with a referral to Pinderfields for a cataract as I was blind in 1 eye (had my eyes tested last year by a national chain & told everything was fine). Staff at the Eye Pharmacy have been fantastic throughout the whole journey & certainly made me think about which opticians I'll be using in the future .....support the small independents - they care about you more as I've found out!

   The Eye Pharmacy in Mirfield provide my repeat prescriptions and are always quick and efficient in doing so. The staff are friendly. Their opening times are so convenient too. Today I have had my eye test with Sidra. She was lovely, professional and informative about my eye health. Thank you everyone.

   called in one morning as I had had problems with my right eye for a few days. Was seen very quickly and the optician quickly located a piece of grit under my eyelid. Super friendly staff and effective treatment..what more can one ask?

   Went for an eye test today (Sunday). Excellent opening hours for people who work full time. The staff were really friendly and informative. There was absolutely no pressure to buy our glasses from them. At other corporate opticians in the past I have felt pressurised to buy from them and had every "extra" pushed on me. Sidra was the optician who tested our eyes. She was lovely and explained everything really well to us. She gave advice on choosing the correct frame for me. We will definitely return here for eye care. Eye pharmacy in Mirfield also dispense my repeat prescriptions and I always find them efficient, friendly and helpful. Pharmacy opening times are very convenient too. Thank you everybody.

   My granddaughter had an appointment at the eye pharmacy. On arrival she needed to use the toilet and a member of staff would not let her use the toilet. This is a disgrace as in the past other staff members have let her use the toilet. Question, you are offering a service but customers are NOT allowed to use the toilet, WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO???? I would not have given it a star but was not allowed to post otherwise.....
