I was very surprised and pleased with this pharmacy because they always try to get the right medication in and can text when it’s ready to collect. Always very friendly and helpful towards my needs and disabilities
Not the friendly local pharmacy I am used to having just moved to the area. There are a lot of people behind the counter but often you are waiting some time before you are acknowledged and when you are it seems like it is all too much effort. No smiles and certainly not the warm welcome you expect from somewhere local. I think there are few people that work here that are not a good fit for a customer focused environment. If I had another option I would use it but this one is just up the road from where I live. Not customer focused, grumpy and really not what you want when you go to a pharmacy when you are unwell. 30 years of working in the customer service sector, so I recognise poor customer service. Also I have never known a business where at lunch time everyone goes on lunch at the same time leaving the pharmacy closed at a time where a lot of people would visit. Often when I have gone to pharmacy upon the return of their staff there has been several people waiting or that follow me in shortly after.
My granddaughter has a 2mths old baby who has an allergy to baby milk. She was given a prescription by her dr but her local pharmacy told her they could not get the milk she needed for 4 days. I asked a staff member at Lepton about get the milk for her and was told as soon as they got the prescription they could order it to arrive in store. They have been absolutely brilliant in doing so. Now my great grandson is thriving. Thank you so much
A horrible pharmacy! They will continue their chats without acknowledging you when you go in. The previous two times I had a prescription, they did not give me the right amount of medicine. The first time, they gave me a package of 28, but they cut one pill out, so there were only 27? And they handed me two single tablets the second time around instead of the 28 I was supposed to get. This has to be a joke of some kind! Every time I go, they don't seem to have my prescription, but when I explain how badly I need it, they seem to suddenly discover it? They are incredibly disorganised.
I went in to get some medication on my doctors advise due to him not being able to see me for a few days, anyways after asking the lady pharmacist for them she jumped down my throat at 10am that she doesn't like selling the medication and if I show my face again she won't be happy or sell me anything. I'm not sure what's so crazy about the medication because I really can't take much of anything due to stomach surgery, but there really wasn't any need.
Terrible service,text to say prescription ready then had to wait when arrived 3days later to collect for it to be finished!On arriving home part of order missing which when i rang they said would deliver next day ,but didnt turn up, on enquiring said no message had been left about it been delivered!2nd occasion of incompetence last time tablets had been counted wrong ,yet supposed to be checked by two people .changing chemists not rowlands.
Horrendous lost my medication and told me they had given it to me!!!!
I suffer with mental health and this pharmacy reduced me to tears the other day! I went in for my partners prescription and the middle aged woman with blondish hair was rude and did not let me pick it up as I got a prescription for myself the day before and she said she had given me my partners because we have the same last name she got confused. Had to go all the way back up to the doctors with a sore hip to get a token just to pick up the prescription. I think that they know that I'm vulnerable and try to bully me I dread going here every week as its hard and upsetting for me.
Disgusting how my family member with mental health needs has been treat by Sonia.I have been witness to her lies and word twisting.It won't be left here as I myself have put in a formal complaint.Also others in the village have had a bad expierence due to the same women.Avoid this pharmacy where possible!
Excellent customer focus. Would highly recommend and especially the lady that served me today and helped me to sort my mum's prescriptions out, due to my mum's order being sent to Waterloo pharmacy instead of Lepton. The staff at Lepton are a total credit !!
