Not very good at all, was served cold baked potato so had to send it back and then came back a little bit more hot, the salad wasn't fresh and the prawn cocktail was flavour less with chewie prawns. Nasty.
Have tried the meat from the butchery department several times and has never been great had sirloin steak today full of gristle and suspect fat side stained yellow to look like we'll aged absolute rubbish. Don't be fooled.
I recently visited the supermarket at the food hall at Ruxley Manor. Decided to buy a pack consisting of a sirloin joint and 4 sirloin steaks as a treat. More expensive compared to what I would pay from a supermarket, but convinced they would be worth the cost. We were really disappointed over the years we have become expert at cooking steak. But this steak and joint was possibly the worse I have ever had. So chewy and full of grizzle. I will avoid getting any meat from the butchers in the food hall in future.
First visit to food hall. Nice setting and ample seating in a large airy dinning room. Quite expensive which I wouldn't mind if the quality and taste hadn't been mediocre.
