   Terrible service. They make people search for their parcels out of a sack on the floor amongst other people's parcels rather than handing them to you hence my parcel has been stolen from the shop.

   Extremely disappointed with the customer service here. There is one older staff member who has treated me very poorly on several occasions. Each time I come in, there’s no greeting — just a stern look that makes me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I drop off Yodel parcels, he always seems annoyed, even though this location is listed as a Yodel drop-off point. Once, I arrived slightly early, and he refused to accept my parcel, saying they only take them after 10 a.m. On another visit, I had two parcels, but after scanning one, he abruptly said “Next customer!” and ignored the second one I was handing over. Even the person behind me looked confused. What’s worse is that I’ve noticed he treats other customers much more kindly, which makes me think he might be racist. I no longer feel comfortable coming here and will be using other shops from now on. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

   There’s one worker who will always deny Yodel parcel drop offs regardless of this shop being paid to do so. I would advise anyone who’s experienced this to contact Yodel directly.

   Although they advertise as a Yodel drop off point they refuse to take my parcels every single time I go in. They say that the system is down or that the printer is out of labels and rudely dismiss me. Do not waste your time in coming here, I much prefer the Premier next door, prices are much more affordable there and the staff are brilliant and helpful.

   Avoid at all costs - every time you try to drop a yodel parcel off they state the system is down which is a blatant lie they just dont like taking them even though they should as they advertise - have been told this 5 different occasions- previous owners used to take them no problem but these newer owners are rude and unhelpful. Able to drop my yodel parcels to other shops in area straight away so the systems are working fine. Avoid this like the plague will not step foot in here ever again

   Aweful service. The lady working was very rude both times I used the store and on one occasion even giggled with her colleague while whispering something in a foreign language and laughing in our face.

   DO NOT use collect plus at this shop location. Although when purchasing your postage it will state that this is a suitable location, it is not, and the shop keeper will have you wasting your time bringing the parcel back and forth stating that they don't have any space to store it for collection and that the driver who picks them up will not take it if the box is over a certain dimension. Between the shop keeper and the driver they are a farce as you have to enter the dimensions of the parcel to produce a label. That is beyond the customer's control. Perhaps this shop should speak to the courier company to get themselves removed from the service seeing as the shop is clearly not equipped to manage this service.

   Perfect for what it is - a convenience store. You pay more because you dont have to travel to Asda's or Morrison's. BUT. A 50% markup is a ripoff. £4 for pringles? What?
