    Zero Stars! The pharmacists here have a real opportunity to improve their communication and customer service skills. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. They said my name, took the prescription from my hand, and walked off without explanation. I was left standing there confused until a few minutes later another staff member called my name again and told me the price. I had already noticed another customer’s frustration earlier, so I politely suggested to the staff member that keeping customers informed about what’s happening would make the process clearer and improve the overall experience. His response was simply, β€œok.” When I asked if he understood my point, he claimed he’d said, β€œI’ll look into it” β€” which he hadn’t. There was no acknowledgment of my feedback. For a team responsible for handling medication and people’s health, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and empathy. The service was awful, and I’ll be boycotting this pharmacy on principle.

    I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were amazing very professional, well-organised, and friendly. I received my medication quickly and without any hassle. A special mention to Ali, who is an excellent manager. His leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

    Opening time 9am door unlocked 9:10 am but not opened jut left closed no interaction at all with customers. Do not attempt to call them they don’t answer calls ever! And simply make the phone unobtainable in the afternoon. They will call You a liar if you dare say you tried to call them. You spend all of lockdown relieving the chemist and doctors of any interactions to help ease the workload even volunteering over 1000 hours to the NHS. You still cannot count on your local chemist at Rowlands. Chemist late arriving again. So no prescriptions allowed to be given out. When Chemist arrived, he was rude and unprofessional and argumentative. Plenty of staff just no prescriptions been given out or anything been sold it’s not how things are run. They had my prescription nearly 20 days. With no contact. The community deserves better than what is been offered. Absolute disgrace and the shocking service doesn’t seem to get better over the years. Gp written prescription refused to be handed over. Lots of customers told come back in 5 days. You can tell on the staff faces they receive complaints on a daily basis. Rowlands Broadlane is simply not fit for purpose and requires a serious overhaul or closing down. Official complaint will be made about the late and unprofessional licensed nhs pharmacist. Avoid at all costs and save your blood pressure and wasting you time. Hopefully visited soon by a secret shopper before it too late to save.

    Consistenly poor service - urgent prescriptions for the extemely vulnerable ignored - do not seem to have an effective and organised system. The emphasis seems to be on the ill person to chase up if failed - which is frequent. Would not recommend.

    I have been using this pharmacy for near 4 years, I have now moved to a different pharmacy as this pharmacy has totally gone down the drain since the other pharmacy closed on wakefield road. The staff are clueless the other day one of the staff asked was Tsb meant on someones prescription, surely if that member of staff didn't know what that meant then surly they shouldn't be working their as clear people's lives are at risk if the staff don't understand what prefixes are next they will be asking what is PRN as well as BD this pharmacy is a joke the shelfs are bare no-one has a clue whats going on in their. I don't even think they have a cleaner as that floor hasn't seen a mop in god knows how long, this place is seriously going to cause harm to someone.

    Just been to this chemist to collect a prescription that was ordered 10 days ago only to be told that they didn't stock this item and would have to order it. When l asked why it hadn't been ordered straight away, nobody seemed to know. What is going on down there? Why did they close the branch on Wakefield Road? Poor.

    Absolute shambles Without doubt the worst run pharmacy in the united kingdom. This place is dangerously mis-managed with prescriptions not arriving on time and staff having no clue of their stock. Stating they have none left then 30 seconds later pulling stock out their behinds. This place is messing with peoples lives and well-being. People rely to function with their lives on medicine and this place cannot get it right. It is disgustingly worrying and concerning that this place still runs. The owners need to be held accountable
