   rang up regarding my issues and went in I would like to say Maira is a great hardworking person. Friday I went Even when it's incredibly busy, she handles every customer with a smile and makes them feel valued. I've personally witnessed her go above and beyond to ensure patients feel welcome and understood. Her ability to listen attentively to health issues over the phone and provide clear, helpful advice. once again I want to thank her time and patients with me.

   Three days I've waited for something that I was told would arrive later that day when I first rang. Spoke to them each day to be told to come back the next day because it takes a while to unpack a delivery (how bigs the delivery!?) Then when you try ring you're on hold and after five minutes it automatically hangs up on you. First and last time I'll be using this pharmacy, avoid at all costs if you want your medication in a timely manner!

   I went down to collect a prescription and buy some cream. I got told I needed to see the pharmacist and it would be 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of not seeing anyone I got kicked out for having my dog, I only took the dog as when I had been previously I saw multiple people with their dogs in there. Had they told me that when I first went in I would have left and been fine but to have been sat there for 30 !!! minutes waiting to be seen before being told is bad service. Since this new company has taken over it’s just got worse and worse. Bring back the ladies from when it was Rowlands!

   Had a great first time at the new pharmacy, both Daniel and Myra made my experience fast and efficient. Daniel also gave me a free blood pressure check and managed to get my prescription for the today, which was due tomorrow. Great communication from both, thanks again.

   Came in today to get a prescription but service was extremely slow waited over 35 minutes. Staff members discussing getting future Botox and veneers. In my opinion their personal lives are more important to them than their customers and it’s a disgrace! Please improve!

   Not a patient but actually worked here today. Credit to most of the staff for working hard in a busy branch, but can I say Rachel the dispenser is one of the rudest, most ill-mannered, snappy individuals I've ever met. Constantly muttering under her breath about colleagues and patients which was incredibly unprofessional. Not even said thanks or goodbye at the end of the day. I don't know what's in the cigs she smokes but it seems to eliminate any respect, courtesy or basic human decency. If you don't like dealing with patients or colleagues, there's plenty of jobs out there. God help the people having to work with such a sour and toxic individual on a daily basis !

   This chemist has the most rude and ill mannered staff I have ever come across. People say thank you to them for staying open through COVID, but really they were only doing the job they get paid for. Seriously they need to go to charm shcool .

   Yesterday I was on the phone for 1 hour and 23 minutes in total with no answer. All I want is to request that my 91 year old Mother in law's prescription is delivered to her home address. This was the same last time so I went in to the pharmacy to make the request. A week later it had not been delivered.When I went in to ask about it the prescription hadn't been made up. They did apologise for forgetting about it. I know the staff are busy but so am I and I don't have the time to be hanging around waiting for someone to pick up the phone.
