   The current review rating for this excellent pharmacy is erroneous and caused by old reviews due to the previous operators. When the excellent long standing manager Phil left this outlet the replacement staff in the main left much to be desired. Rude, abrasive and with a ‘take it or leave it attitude’. In fact it was so bad that I decided to boycott the place. How things have changed! The new incumbents from the pharmacists to the ladies on the counter are nothing short of amazing. One feels treated like a valued customer. My wife has three types of medication on a long term basis. As a creature of habit she prefers to stick with the same manufacturer for each product. The staff always order what she prefers without any issue. Before it was ‘take what we get’. Thank you for restoring my faith in this outlet , it is a pleasure to make use of it and I shall continue to do so . Well done to you all.

   This pharmacy went through a difficult phase after Phil retired and the service was absolutely anysmal for a few years, but with the current manager and team it’s got so much better. They have an uphill battle to try and restore their reputation which I do hope they manage and can get locals to trust them again.

   This is a great pharmacy. The staff are friendly and so helpful. My mother-in-law has had a tough time recently; they have been supportive in getting her much needed medication to her. There is also good advice when needed. Thank you to all the staff.

   Bad service is one thing. Getting home and realising your medication is a year and a half out of date is medical negligence! If you pick up medication from this pharmacy make sure it is in date. How does this even happen; do you not stock check/audit/dispose?

   I phoned up last night at 7:30pm to see when they are closing. They said 9pm. I then got a taxi down there at 8pm n they were closed. This is the 4th time it's happened. So unreliable and unprofessional. Cnuts. They need new staff who actually care about their customers.

   I've never had to get medication before on a regular basis so I have nothing to compare this pharmacy to. I think they all must have a fear of answering the phone. They have never failed to have my meds ready. They have never been rude. They always look busy even if I'm the only one in there. I've seen on every occasion I've been in, someone being rude to the staff. Read these reviews with some reservation and some salt.

   I really don't know what all these bad reviews are about; I've never had to wait for long; the prescriptions are always prepared on time and the staff are extremely polite and welcoming - especially the pharmacist who always greets me with a smile. Reading these reviews makes me wonder if it's the customers with issues of rudeness and impatience. Also, most reviews fail to use correct spellings, grammar and punctuation. This speaks volumes!! For example, when someone writes 'my husbands', how many husbands do they have!!?? Not to mention the reviews that have 10 line sentences with no full stops. This did make me chuckle though!! Thanks for taking the time to read my review too!! ;)
