Young lady today being awkward seemingly playing narcissistic power games, refusing to sell eye drops, approved by/ bought from Asda pharmacy 15 minutes later
The new calling system is absolute rubbish! I am unable to get in touch with the pharmacy , it keeps blocking me!!!
Very disrespectful when it comes to customer service, I watched a few customers walk away without any help due to the main pharmacist talking down to them. I would recommend using any other pharmacy if you have the choice so you can get the help you need. Check the most recent reviews, and it will tell you what you need to know. 0/10 - Help 6/10 - stock 3/10 - wait time
Excellent service even though they were busy! We used the pharmacy first service on a Sunday after my daughter had ear issues. Prompt, professional, helpful advice and with medication in hand we went off in hope of a good nights sleep. Highly recommended and a huge appreciative thank you to the pharmacist and lady staff member there on 19th May 2024.
Rude staff, walked 20 mins from the other side of town as it was the only pharmacy that opens before I start teaching. Refused to give me medicated eye drops that they had said they had and tried to send me to an opticians that doesn't open until after I start teaching to get the same thing that they had. I stated that the pharmacy had given me the eye drops the year before and were the only thing that worked due to me having a weakened immune system. Go elsewhere if you actually work and don't have time to be messed around.
Fantastic pharmacy brilliant staff, very professional very knowledgeable, always have time to explain ,l feel lucky to be a customer, what's more to say.

The team at this chemist are an absolute godsend. Always so polite, friendly and helpful. They have been great with me since I moved to the area, and now that GPs virtually don't exist anymore, I don't know what I would have done without the support, care and advice of Khalid and his team. Special mention to the lady who answers the phone there on a Saturday. I don't know her name but she always calls everyone, 'my lovely'. So polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Most pharmacists no longer have that personal touch, don't have prescriptions ready, and don't care about the individual patient's needs. Not this one. They go above and beyond, and Khaled even remembers the patient's names! Thanks so much - keep up the good work.
