Not actually open 24 hours , bald bloke is outside smoking on his quote on quote break when there is nothing to take a break from he’s not serving anybody all he has to do is sit there. Lazy lying staff it is NOT open 24 hours do not be fooled.
The man at the kiosk should be fired. He’s customer service is terrible, I placed an Order online he cancelled one item and when I called my driver to get through to him he refused to take the phone and refused to give me an alternative item. He’s customer service is disgusting.
The staff at till named Shivam is absolutely disgusting man. He doesnt mention or offer discounts or club cards to costumers. I had this issue with him before. Not to mention his rudeness. He should be banned from providing any sort of customer service. This chap is an embarrassment to Londis. Please Londis/Shell I wanna get rid of this annoying person. Many thanks
