This is a little gem of a park. It is small but wonderful. There is a lovely little cafe it really good value for money as well. We got three meals (toasties and jacket potatoes) three drinks and a toasted teacakes and it was just over £20. The food was lovely. We had a walk round the lake and park. Fully wheelchair accessible too. Parking is street parking but we had no issues. We went on a Sunday. Will be going back agaon

Stamford park offers a welcoming environment throughout the year. The vibrant playground and open spaces invite families to create lasting memories. With each season, the park transforms, showcasing nature's beauty. Whether it's a sunny picnic or a crisp winter walk, there's something for everyone to enjoy. It's a place where children's laughter fills the air and families connect with nature and each other.

Fantastic time here today with our little lab puppy. Excellent park for a dog to play and exercise. Plenty of other dogs to play with and even a duck pond. Out puppy enjoyed chasing ducks and pigeons. On a downside I find cafe staff very slow. Hot chocolate was average. Toasties took over 15 min to make. Two play grounds for smaller and bigger kids.

Small park but with many activities and services you want for spend a day outdoor with your children or friends. It includes a bowl pitch, 2 tennis courts, 1 basketball pitch and 2 playgrounds for kids. If you need to eat something or want to enjoy just a warm drink, there is a lovely café inside close to one of the playgrounds where you can sit in or take your food and drink to the benches just outside. There is also a small but interesting pond with ducks and fishes even if the latest are hard to see. Overall, a cozy park ideal for picnics, physical activities, activities with children or for having a relaxing time.

Great park, lots of different areas from duck ponds, to tennis and basketball courts. A mini ramped spot for scooters and skateboards as-well as an enclosed play area and big open field. The footpath is pretty well maintained and is hard tarmac so good in all weathers.

Great park for the children to play. Nice cafe too which sells freshly prepared food and cakes. Coffee very pleasant. Better than the branded coffee shops. Nice to feed the ducks and plenty of space to walk and run.

Great big park in the middle of Hale with plenty of space for running around or having a picnic, with football pitches and bowling greens and hard surface tennis courts and plenty of play equipment for kids... plus duck ponds where you can feed the birds. A great place to take kids for the day

Stamford Park getting ready for Spring time. Lovely walk in the park today, great to see the children enjoying the sunshine. The children’s play area is always very popular. Great tennis courts and plenty of room for adults and children to run wild and enjoy the fresh air.
