   Been in the Worksop Tui store today to book our 2026 holiday lovely staff, Selina dealt with our booking. Definitely a 5 star service from Selina even asked if I was going for a special occasion which we are she emailed the hotel and told them. If anyone thinking of going in to book a holiday definitely recommend going in and ask for Selina or Levi as we've also booked through Levi before.

   We recently had our holiday cancelled as our aircraft was unable to land in Dubrovnik due to very high crosswinds and were diverted to Zagreb,after 6 hours on the tarmac there it was apparent that things were not improving we were brought back to the UK as our ship had sailed anyway.A full refund had been promised so I rang the number given to us by TUI only to find that AI is not all it’s cut out to be.I then phoned the Worksop shop and my call was taken by Hannah whom we have had dealings with before and explained our position,within 24 hrs.she got back in touch,complete refund including all of our insurance,we popped into the shop yesterday morning transaction complete. We have booked many holidays in the shop and will continue to do so,the staff are second to none.

   What an amazing experience booking a holiday to New Zealand which required multiple stops and over night stays in different locations. Lauren has been absolutely fantastic all the way through ensuring the itinerary was right, flights worked around our needs, hotel were where we needed them. Couldn't have asked for anymore, highly recommend Lauren and the store, first class service from start to finish, can't wait for our trip now. Thanks TUI and Lauren, a very happy customer who will not hesitate to use you again.

   Went in to have a look into a few things for my holiday and I was served by a lovely lady called Lauren she went out of her way to help me and reassure me. I’ve never felt so calm going on holiday she advised me of some really good excursions to do while abroad. Can’t thank her enough.
