   Went into Crystal Peaks branch today to see Anna who we booked our holiday with. I needed some help printing everything off and talking through the itinerary. Anna was absolutely fantastic. She went through absolutely everything, did all the printing off and checked us in on our cruise. This lady is by far the best travel agent i have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. She is honestly just so so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Anna x

   I would like to say a big big thank you to Cathy, she had a lot to deal with for our holiday. She sorted Special assistance for 2 of my party including me, she had to deal with a lot of hiccups with the arrangement and always was professional to a tee !! We are right technophobes and struggled with the PLF form and 48hr test but Adam was so helpful and lovely.
