Michael was an incredible help when we came into store to book our holiday to Egypt next year. He was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right place for us and he gave us so many recommendations. Wanted to book a last minute holiday. Matt C talked us through the resort’s which he felt would suit. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Spoke to us about travel insurance, which we already had sorted. Would definitely book with TUI Meadowhall and Matt C in particular in the future.
Elycia & Kelda are amazing! Both myself and my son have disabilities and so there's extra things to consider when arranging a holiday. I put my trust in Elycia to find me something suitable and that trust was definitely not misplaced.
