I spoke to Emma regarding arranging a cruise for my 30th Wedding Anniversary. Emma was most charming in her conversation and very helpful. I called her just prior to her finishing work (5.30pm) but she did not rush me in any way even though I had many questions. Emma was extremely knowledgeable and it was no problem for her to ring the Cruise Company to find out certain information that only they would know. My husband and I have been on 30+cruises and this is the first time I have used Cruise Circle; in future I will always contact this company first and hope I get to speak to Emma again. Joy, my sales consultant, was a joy to book with....she had a deep insight of the various elements of the holiday and was professional, knowledgeable and honest in her assistance. She quickly understood our requirements and volunteered additional information and guidance in response to out questions and nothing was too much trouble. We were happy to confirm our booking and look forward to our upcoming holiday.

We first cruised in 2019 then immediately booked again when the pandemic hit and were expertly navigated through numerous cancellations to eventually sailing again in August 2022. Came across a very good deal from Cruise Circle although I had never heard or used them before. Initially spoke with Emma for some information as this was our first cruise and she was brilliant. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease, with this being our first cruise. When we were ready to book, I personally emailed Emma, who did everything she could to help - even trying to hold the cabin we'd discussed initially until she could call me. Her knowledge, experience and help was amazing - it made the whole process easy and extremely reassuring. She gave first hand opinions from her own experiences, with hints and tips such as the best location for a cabin together with information on the bars & restaurants she'd personally experienced on this cruise ship. I'd go as far as to say I genuinely feel as though Emma provided the best customer service that I've received from any company that I've ever dealt with before.
