   I could not be more impressed with this travel agent. Susan Flemming of Not Just Travel Angelia is just incredible. Sadly, we had to postpone our already postponed wedding last week from April 2021 to April 2022. In all the mayhem and madness, I had not even thought about the holidays booked for next year in my new name, that I would not yet have. Susan called me out of the blue to double check my current name, to tell me she had changed one already free of charge and was working on the second. This was next level service of which I am so impressed. We are currently having issues with another personal travel agent we met before Susan and my fiancé and I have agreed we are only going through Susan in the future, due to examples of excellent customer service like this. She saw our Facebook post that we had to postpone the wedding again. She went off and changed the names for us. She took our stress away, before we even stressed about it. Thank you for your help Susan Flemming of Not Just Travel Anglia. I cannot thank or recommend you enough.

   I would like to thank Susan from Not Just Travel for organising and arranging such a wonderful trip to Thailand for me and my fiancee! From the moment that I got in touch with Susan, she was very helpful in providing great tips and advises. She arranged our flights and helped us to find a good hotel and this was arranged for a really good price! I have told our friends about the package that Susan arranged for us and they all were shocked by how cheap we actually got this deal! I can't thank her enough for all her effort and helpfulness! We had a choice of great 5* hotels and we were very happy about the variety that she offered us- we prefer more relaxed, beach holiday and she matched our needs! A very sweet touch was a welcome back card that we received from her upon our arrival! This made us feel even more special and cared for! Needless to say that we will definitely arrange our holiday through Susan and Not Just Travel! Thank you!

   With our budget, holiday ideal and dates they were able to find us a luxurious getaway to Tunisia. We went for an all-inclusive package at a beautiful resort and were blown away. Tunisia is a location that many tourists still remain unsure of, but we couldn’t have felt safer whilst away. With everything taken care of, there was little for us to do which made the holiday stress free. Once we’ve got 2019 in mind, we’ll be in touch.

   We had a rough idea of the holiday that we were after, and thanks to Sue & Ian we had a wonderful holiday in Majorca. The hotel was situated a stone's throw from the beach and a short bus ride into the city. The location was beautiful and it was just what we were looking for. Everything was handled by Sue & Ian, so all we had to do was turn up at the airport and jet off, which meant that we didn't have to worry about all the planning.

   Wow, what a holiday, thanks Sue for organising everything as the holiday went smoothly from the moment we dropped off the car at the meet and greet at Manchester airport to picking the car up again on our return. Cuba is a fantastic holiday destination full of history and the people are unbelievably friendly. Our hotel The El Patriaca was superb with lovely low rise accommodation blocks housing large comfortable air-conditioned rooms all set in beautiful well kept grounds. The food in the main buffet hall had a super selection but it tended to be much the same each day, however with the three gourmet restaurants (Italian, Asian and international) food was well catered for. We had a wonderful time and look forward to planning our next holiday with you.
