Having chosen you to book a holiday for us last year to Rhodes and being more than satisfied with the above and beyond service that you provided, it just wasn't an option to go anywhere else when we decided to book our next holiday to Hawaii, French Polynesia, New Zealand and Australia.
Having just returned from that above holiday, which I have to say is probably the best holiday that we have ever had, we both wanted to thank you so so much for all of your hard work putting it together for us.
There were a number of elements to make this holiday possible and you never faltered with any of it. You were highly instrumental in making sure everything went to plan and you never quibbled when we contacted you with any little query that arose. It was so reassuring having you at the end of the telephone; especially when applying for all the visas that were required, giving us your expert advice regarding the cruise and as always quickly responding if ever we needed anything. Even the little things like checking us online for all legs of our journey was amazing as it took all the stress away and definitely allowed us to concentrate on enjoying ourselves plus the personalised touch of hand delivering our tickets in a lovely wallet made all the difference too to the service you provide. Keep doing what you are doing!
It has certainly been a culture shock returning back to the UK but we can only look forward to our next holiday to Mauritius which we have already booked with you for next year.
