    Changed to this Chemist recently as the one before were not very good and was recommended this chemist as one of my family already use it and they said very cheerful and make you very welcome as I found out when I visited it yesterday I will write another review in 3 months time for a update but as of now no complaints at all .

    Poor service. This Pharmacy has gone down hill rapidly. Went into pick my prescription up. To be told it had already been picked up and gone out. Told the very unhelpful staff member, I don't think so. Then said they would ring me when they find out what's happened. Said I'd wait. Low and behold they found it in a drawer. Not the first time this lot have got it wrong. Gave me somebody else's prescription once. Staff very rude. Some don't even come down to the counter to acknowledge you. Just shout down from the work prep area. Changing Pharmacy.

    Shaw's pharmacy have been absolute heroes this week. I required medication without which irreversible damage to my eyes could occur. There is a national shortage and I have been trying for over a week in all my local pharmacies, but every single one said out of stock/don't know when it will be back. As a final try before calling the hospital consultants, I gave Shaw's a ring who are near my work. FANTASTIC! They have been friendly, supportive and helpful...and the best bit...they managed to track down and order my full prescription in 24 hours. It is no exaggeration to say, lifesavers! Thanks to the team at Shaw's, Lindley.

    Time after time they do not carry stock of many drugs .only get half of your prescription. Staff not very helpful and have to wait often. Every time I go I queue with pelle huffing and puffing about how long it’s taken to get all meds.times of having to go back and the waiting time. I have used this pharmacy most of my life but I and many people in the village are going to change pharmacy.what is going on since it changed to different owners!!!!

    The team, no matter whether it’s the pharmacist or assistants or dispensers are always really helpful and kind to me. I’ve had a few times where due to gps not sending scripts across I’ve been left without medication and when I take an in person script or drs send it they fulfil it for me straight away and I never feel judged. Really helpful when it’s an especially stressful situation.

    Customer service training is desparately needed by one of your staff members. Asking me did or didn't I get a text and getting snappy when I didn't give her a yes/no answer straight away. She knows who she is.

    Came in with my daughter and I got completely ignored. A lady was on the till serving someone then when he left she didn’t even look at me and went to the back. A man also came out and ignored me, neither so much as looked at. But then someone else came in behind me and the first woman came out and served him immediately…

    I usually get my repeat prescriptions from here and normally there’s a lovely lady behind the counter However today I was waiting over 10 minutes to be served I don’t normally complain but a lady who was at the counter totally ignored me if they are busy it doesn’t take a second to say please bare with us we are extremely busy I would have been happy with that but she totally ignored me not once but twice it wasn’t until another customer after her waiting 5 minutes asked me if I was being served that someone decided to come from the back and serve me not the best customer service very disappointed
