Avoid this place at all costs. Try to get a paper copy of your prescription to prevent delays, unless you don’t mind waiting and being treated rudely.

Absolutely useless. Don't get anything ready until you arrive. If you phone in advance you still have to wait 30 mins to get your prescription so then you have to pay £3.50 parking. All while most of the staff are chatting amongst themselves.

Charged for one prescription for three meds £29.70 for the person who was prescribed medicine at A&E and with diabetes. Afterwards been asked to wait for over 40 min to wait for prescribed pain management medicine being discharged. As far as I am concerned this a fraud not the pharmacy - question who do receive kickbacks for letting this pharmacy to operate in the hospital premises.

The pharmacy do not attempt to fill the prescription before you actually arrive there. So when you get prescribed medicine one day, have to return the next day to collect from the hospital because the pharmacy is closed by 5pm you then have to wait for them to do the whole job. And your get to pay for parking again. £3.50 extra for the privilege of waiting to collect a prescription. Today I was handed a number after I arrived to collect the prescription and told it was a half hour wait. The system sucks unless you own the car park.

This pharmacy would get six stars if I could. They are so pleasant to deal with and will give you help and advice if you need it . I have been visiting them for over a year now and can find no fault in there service.I am always greeted with a smile they even remember my name. The Hospital is not the best place to be but that definitely brighten up my visits. Well done.

Made me pay for a medication that should have been free, then it turned out they had only given me one months worth instead of the three that was prescribed. Contacted them to query this and was fobbed off.

Ridiculous that the main pharmacy for the hospital that does repeat prescriptions for consultants is only open during office hours. How is someone who works full time during those hours supposed to collect their medication?
