I can’t thank this pharmacy enough. I came in with my sick child and had a really stressful moment when he got sick in the store. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—they didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all and stepped in right away to help. Their compassion meant so much to me in a tough moment. Truly wonderful people.
I had a very upsetting experience at this pharmacy today. I paid with two £10 notes, but when I received my change, I noticed it was short and politely said I had given £20. Instead of checking calmly, the staff member insisted I had only given £15, and spoke to me in a very rude and accusatory manner, even saying: “I know people like you, always claiming they gave more money.” I asked for the CCTV to be checked, and he said he would—but then told me he couldn’t find the exact moment. I felt humiliated and deeply uncomfortable, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout. I ended up saying, “Never mind, don’t worry,” just to stop the conflict, but I left feeling really disrespected. No customer deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they’re simply asking for a fair check. I hope this business considers proper customer service training for their staff.
The staff are warm and friendly, as well as very helpful. I popped in for some emergency antibiotics for my son who was very poorly and couldn't get to the doctors. The staff were really sympathetic, they did their due diligence of course and made sure that the antibiotics were the right thing to give him. My son was feeling utterly rotten but started to improve within a couple of days - all thanks the staff here and I am very grateful to them.
Rude obnoxious staff who go out of there way to offer bad customer service and experience. They blame customers for their short comings and when you call them out the become aggressive and verbally violent. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY
Shocking since theyve been taken over leaving my neighbours without medication for the second month running..trying to sort it out if there bringing her prescription this morning as she needs her meds but there not answering phone dame as last time..Will ne looking to change chemist today. AVOID !!
Completely useless, the service just gets worse,they never have any prescription items in stock, then you have 48 hours from them getting prescription, staff are rude and also completely thick, and simply don't care. Avoid at all cost
Absolutely dire! Used be great but the new staff are dreadful, rude and unhelpful! A definite loss to Milnsbridge! Cant give zero stars so i'll generously give 1 star!
Have used this pharmacy for years but not any more. They managed to overlook my prescription which meant I was left with no tablets. There wasn’t even a sorry. The new staff certainly aren’t a patch on the old and since the pharmacist has changed the service is terrible
