Not going to lie. Was really excited to take the kids here for the first time as my nearly 4 year old is an adrenaline junkie and loves a good water slide, and my 2 year old is a water lover. But if you’re going with kids who are less than 1.2m I just wouldn’t bother personally. Paying £20 a person (which for swimming in my opinion is diabolical) and he couldn’t even go on the larger slides due to his height (this is a kids who’s done go ape and gone on far bigger slides abroad plus does weekly swimming lessons). Spent 20 minutes on the splash pool with our 2 year old then went in the baby pool as the larger pool was really cold and they got bored. Looking back I wish I just took them to a normal pool for a fraction of the price as feel it was well and truely a rip off.

Went there today with our 3 year old and 11month old and absolutely loved it! Spent most of the time in the splash zone with the water fountains as it was the warmest place and the youngest could crawl around in the shallow water. The big pool was also good as it is like the ‘shallow end’ the whole way across, but it was a little on the cold side for the baby. Wasn’t too busy but we have just squeezed in before school holidays started : ). Didn’t venture in to the outside sections as it seems more for older kids. Good value for money in my opinion, will hopefully come back one day

Website states you need to pay full price (£18) for a spectator.. yet they’ve replied to a complaint on here stating there is a spectator fee.. website states not. So I’ve tried calling them. 4 hours later, several phone numbers, no answer at all. How can a business not even answer a single one of their phones? So I’ve tried reading some more reviews to see if I can clear this up, I read bad after bad stating parents are not allowed to even take their younger children down the slides with them? Pointless for us as my 3 year old son won’t go down them without me.. and if I’ve got to pay £18 per ticket, why is the parking so expensive? Seems this business is after money and not good customer service. Haven’t even visited yet my experience is poor. 1 star from me. It’s a shame because it looked good and I would have paid the ridiculous ticket prices and parking if someone could have picked up the phone and spoke to me..

Took my daughter for a day out, she definitely had an amazing day. Plenty of options with the large pool, kids indoor pool and slides and the outdoor kids pool with slides despite the cold wet weather, they still had this open, although it was very cold everyone I saw out was having a good time. Never got chance to test the big slides, but they were all busy so next time I'll be definitely having ago on them

Had a nice morning here in the soft play. Good value for the money. Plenty of seating area for th adults and toilets where clean. As tou can see from the photos plenty to do. There are plenty of slides and soft play equipment for all. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend booking tickets beforehand to ensure availability. £4.50 to park the car, this is on top of the tickers. Reason for 4 start the place it's self was good. We booked 9.30 to 11 30 slot, we expected to be in for the full two hours whe toj pay for it. The doors to then soft play didn't open until 09.31 even though the staff were there and the rest of the park was open. I just found it a bit hard when everyone stood outside in the cold with children. The people at the back must have taken 20 minutes to go through, so they lost this time. Again, staffing issue, they where going around hoovering the small soft play area when the first children were going in there, it was like it hadn't been done before everyone arrived. And to top it off with staff, got to the food and café part, and the lady behind the counter couldn't find the milk jug for the milk when asked for an Americano and milk, it's not good when her college starts shaking her head at her and says just use something else when there's a que of 20ish waiting. Other than all of that, the place it's self is well worth it.

Brean splash Waterpark has a great fun pool for younger children with jets of water and sprays for them to stand under and run through, there are smaller slides for young children and also a larger pool for adults and older kids and lane swimmers. The outside pool and slides are seasonal and not open all year round. There are a few tunnels and slides for adults and older children inside the deeper pool. There is plenty of parking on site, but there is a charge to park at some times of the year and in the summer months. Pool staff and reception staff are cheerful and helpful and pleased to help. There is a shop in reception selling swimwear ,swim rings , armbands and goggles but these are priced a little more expensive than you'd buy in some other shops but are OK in an emergency. (Yes, I was one who forgot his swimshorts and paid £25 onsite for the privilege so I could join my family) All in all, it's a great watermark for all the family. The changing rooms are segregated into male, female, and family sections. Just to add, since covid, the swim time is in sessions and timed with coloured wristbands that decide when you have to get out.

My 2 young daughters and I, together with my friend and his 2 young children visited the waterpark today from Bristol and we all had a terrible time and quite horrified by an incident which the park should have closed 1 of it's area due to health and safety from the incident. A member of the public's child did a poo in the main big swimming pool whilst we were all using with other members of the public and were asked to evacuate due to the incident which the staff had to clean up. After 25 minutes of the pool being closed for clean up, we were let back in with only 10 minutes of our schedule time left. The manager advised that the pool was safe to use again, which we were reluctant to do but did so on her advise, as she refused to refund us. When we came back home shortly afterwards, my daughter felt ill with diarrhoea. I will be contacting the trading standards and report the park for health and safety issues. Mr Enayat Shakib

Went the last week, turned up without booking and got in with no problems 5 minutes into the session. Very pleasantly surprised. Indoor pool clean and warm but no indoor slides open. Outside had 2 slides open which was fine. Highly recommend to anyone with kids especially on a hot day!! Will definitely be going back when in the area next!!!

All the staff were really friendly and the entry system is well organised. The indoor splash area is absolutely perfect for non swimmers. There are 4 waterslides they can go on and lots of other little bits to keep children entertained. It is warm and shallow so perfect for building water confidence. The outside splash area is amazing. 3 water slides that toddlers are able to use along with other water features. My son was slightly scared off whenever the big pot of water emptied as it empty with more force than expected. Pool is deeper than the inside pool but still shallow enough for toddlers to easily enjoy. We didn't get to go on the bigger slides as son is too young but queues were well managed. The toddler pool was so lovely and warm. 110% recommend that pool for under 3s. The lifeguards swapped positions regularly and were all friendly and approachable. 90minute sessions at the moment due to covid. My son was so upset to leave. I cannot wait for session times to be extended as normality resumes. We drove just over 1hr to visit and will definitely be back.
