Amusement park in Cardiff

“If you get a chance to go here, then do it. So much fun with my three friends. Easy to find, loads of parking, clean facilities and equipment. They had everything you would need bar swimwear. Great safety introduction and prep before the activity. The facilities were incredible. There was plenty of time to enjoy the rapids. We weren't around 5-6 times. The guy who took us out and looked after us was a top bloke from Australia (sadly I can't remember his name) but he was great, we had so much fun and he really got involved with our silly, immature girly nature's. He was encouraging but also respectful of individuals limitations. Thank you so much. Stacey”

“I popped here with my 4yo girls to take advantage of a rare sunny afternoon. The girls were thoroughly entertained for 2.5hours and could have lasted longer if I’d let them! The new double zip line was a hit, as was the splash pad but I think they enjoyed the general sense of freedom I was able to allow them in a safe enclosed environment. (although the park was very quiet when we visited) The staff were really welcoming and friendly. They even encouraged me to bring a picnic or fish and chips next time to make a real day of it - such a good idea! At £3 per child (adults free) to come and go as you please all day I think it’s an absolute steal! Top tip: wear a wetsuit and water shoes so kids can easily swap between play park and splash park. Also if there’s a wind it can be a bit chilly in the water!”

“Recently stayed here for a weekend celebration. There were 9 of us in total. The hotel was in a great location. Extremely clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff were incredible. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much.”

“Bigger and better than last year. On a scorching June Saturday if your not participating consider bringing camping chair or a picnic blanket to sit down on, possibly an umbrella as no shade. The Aqua Park sell drinks, ice lollies, crisps and snacks at fairly reasonable prices. Water is cold but wet suit isn't necessary if you don't mind colder water.”

“Always a good time here. Average prices by today's standards. Visited again recently. Unfortunately the opening hours were very limited, shame considering it's June, and a few of the bigger rides were out of order. Still, the wristbands were cheap enough, so made the most of what was available! Good for little ones!”

“We attended their Halloween family day event. It was excellent. We arrived at 10.30 and didn’t leave until closing at 3pm. The show was great for kids we watched it twice! Staff were amazing and friendly. Had a great day for a really reasonable price. Going to book for Xmas experience. Thank you for a great day”

“Place gets really busy in the holidays, but staff organise the sessions very well. The lazy river with the wave machine was so fun, the slides were great but you had to wait a long time to queue. Changing rooms clean & plenty of space.”

“Highly recommend an early december, midweek festive break. It was busy without being crammed. Quiet enough at night for even light sleepers to sleep well. Plenty of food to choose from when you book the cheapest buffet style dining too, with no queuing for food either. Staff morale was high and festive cheer was felt everywhere. The sky park was incredible too, especially when it got dark. The entertainment was amazing. Only thing lacking was the cleanliness of the rooms. Filthy. I'll be taking cleaning products with me next time.”

“I am not a local fellow, was visiting my friend's place. Curiously checked in and enjoyed the session with my 3 years old son. Friendly customer service and various rooms offering interesting activities to train football. I wish, I also had any branch in my area. Small corner cafe offering light snacks and drinks. If possible can do online booking for a cheaper price.”

“Went there today with our 3 year old and 11month old and absolutely loved it! Spent most of the time in the splash zone with the water fountains as it was the warmest place and the youngest could crawl around in the shallow water. The big pool was also good as it is like the ‘shallow end’ the whole way across, but it was a little on the cold side for the baby. Wasn’t too busy but we have just squeezed in before school holidays started : ). Didn’t venture in to the outside sections as it seems more for older kids. Good value for money in my opinion, will hopefully come back one day”

“We went there for the first time today ( 2nd September ) I took my boy 4 and his 2 friends girl 5 and boy 5 and they had the most amazing time. I felt very safe and felt the kids were safe also had plenty of hand sanitizer. It perfect for under 7 and not having to worry about older kids knocking the little ones. The kids loved the role play areas they are fantastic. We all had cold and hot drinks which were great and very much enjoyed. It isn't massive but for me it's a great size for little ones to enjoy and have plenty of stuff to keep them busy. My boy especially spent most of his time playing in the role play areas. We will most certainly be back. And also the staff were very welcoming and very lovely. Thank you amaze playz for a lovely time.”

“I visited adventure Island today with my grandaughter & it was busy but the 2 young ladies staff members were run off their feet & still smiling & happy. A big shout out to the 2 of them they were amazing, would definitely go again & recommend the place. The staff absolutely nailed it! X”
