This was our first visit to this soft play and sadly we won’t be returning. It was a cold day, but the lack of adequate heating meant the warehouse itself was very cold. My 12-month-old, Skyla, had to wear two jumpers, and as parents we were in woolly hats and still cold, which really isn’t ideal for little ones who aren’t constantly moving. Staff initially weren’t particularly friendly, with a couple of encounters feeling quite rude. To their credit, they did make more of an effort later on and became much friendlier, but the first impression wasn’t great. The biggest negative for us was the strict no adults allowed in any soft play areas at all. There is zero flexibility, even for very young children. If a parent steps in even slightly to support a child, you are told to leave due to insurance rules, which staff were actively monitoring. This made much of the toddler area unusable — even the slide required a child to climb a full ramp, zigzag, and obstacles completely unaided, which just isn’t realistic for a one-year-old. I’ve never visited a soft play before where adults aren’t allowed to support their children at all. Facilities were also quite run down. The toilet was out of order, the baby changing area was dirty, and the soap dispenser was broken. In a place that naturally spreads a lot of germs, having working soap feels like a basic necessity. Overall, it just didn’t feel welcoming or suitable for younger toddlers, which is a shame.

This is the worst soft play we have ever visited. It was freezing cold inside, with no heating at all. I wanted to sit on the carpet and play with my children, but the carpet was extremely cold. You can’t even walk on it in socks—I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The staff were not friendly, and the rules were overly strict. Parents are not allowed on the play frame, which makes it difficult to support younger children. On top of that, there is a two-hour time limit, which makes no sense, especially as the place was not busy at all. It’s clear that many people avoid coming here for these reasons.

We visited here as it was a soft play we hadn't been to before. It is ran my a mother and daughter team. Neither of them are overly friendly and are quite to the point when you talk to them. Also the 2 hour slot, is quite literally timed to the minute you walk in and to the minute you leave. It is very unusual for adults not to be able to go into the soft play areas, with their children. I haven't come across this before and was definitely a downside to the whole experience. It also works out an expensive day out to pay for 2 children, then any added time if wanted is £2 per 30 minutes, per child. I have never come across this before either. Considering it's just a basic play area, this seems abut excessive. We ordered some food and many items weren't available due to no stock. Not great, considering the menu isn't very big anyway. The tea tasted awful, not too sure why.. whether it's the machine or the teabags but it tasted nothing like tea, at all. Overall a really disappointing experience and we won't be recommending or making a return visit.

Don’t bother if your kid/s are 4 or under. Unlike every other soft play in Cardiff, this one doesn’t allow parents onto the frame. The toddler section is okay at best. The only entrances to the main frame are large platforms which younger children need help with. Such a shame as had my 2 year old been able to assess it, the main frame itself looked pretty good. Fair enough if it’s new legislation but I was only informed after paying entrance that I couldn’t go on, and there was nothing obvious on the website. I wouldn’t have bothered had I known. Disclaimers on the tables saying to ask a staff member if your child needs help are laughable to be honest - parents are supposed to let their kid struggle while they find the one staff member on duty to assist them? Have a day off. It was also absolutely freezing in there! Ended up leaving to go to another soft play.

Unfortunately due to insurance purposes parents aren't permitted on the equipment which is the first soft play we have been to where this has applied. My daughter didn't understand why we couldn't go and play with her. There is a toddler section and a section for older children. However if a you her child wishes to go on the bigger slides, which they are allowed, they may struggle to navigate the bigger play area alone. The whole place is freezing and could do with a hoover. Toilets are also a tad smelly.

Amazing staff, helpful, attentive, kids enjoyed it, a variety of hit and cold food available, parking on site, doesn't cost a fortune. Great place

Such a lovely, clean welcoming place and reasonably priced too! A hidden gem we found out about after an invite to a toddler's birthday party. We are now regulars on weekday afternoons as it's such a lovely place to visit. Plenty of space for my 3 year old to entertain himself while being small enough that I can keep an eye on him to make sure he's safe at all times. There's also a 0-3 area and even hot food served with plenty of seats. We'll be returning again soon!

Fantastic afternoon yesterday, did everything they could to make my dairy free pandemic toddler feel comfortable and safe! Will absolutely be going back in a few weeks! Lovely and clean!
