   We stayed here in June 2025 with our daughter, her partner & our grandchildren. The place had hardly changed since we took our children in the 1990's. The cleanliness of the chalet left alot to be desired and smelt musty & the bathroom was dirty.We were also disappointed that we had to pre-book most shows on an app which we weren't aware of so missed out. We booked half board and thought both restaurants were good with plenty of choice

   Went fir the 4 days before Christmas. Accommodation great. Food was amazing, we gad the food package, highly recommend. Santa was brilliant for kids.. entertainment also big hit. Second year we've been, absolutely will be going again.

   We booked a 4 nights christmas break. Our first concern was the distance between the car park and our accommodation. We had to do 4 trips to get luggage and essentials to our room. We booked a comfort apartment which was basic but had all we needed. Excellent entertainment but even when we had booked a show it was hard to get a table.

   Highly recommend an early december, midweek festive break. It was busy without being crammed. Quiet enough at night for even light sleepers to sleep well. Plenty of food to choose from when you book the cheapest buffet style dining too, with no queuing for food either. Staff morale was high and festive cheer was felt everywhere. The sky park was incredible too, especially when it got dark. The entertainment was amazing. Only thing lacking was the cleanliness of the rooms. Filthy. I'll be taking cleaning products with me next time.

   Absolutely amazing place for a mini break with the whole family!! Loved every minute. My little one was so happy all the way through. Loved swimming and loved the fair grounds. The entertainment was really good too and the little shows for the little ones. Highly recommend and definitely will be visiting again soon.

   Stayed in a comfort apartment. Really nice , everything you need except towels. They whole trip was amazing ! Lots to do, food places to visit for all kinds of appetites. The entertainment was spot on. Overall , excellent holiday. Would definitely go again

   Rooms cheap but very tired, however across the green from us we could see they were stripping out carpet for replacement. We had the premium dining plan, well worth it, food fantastic and plenty of choice for me as a vegetarian. Service cannot be faulted, every single encounter with a member of staff was positive and they were extremely helpful. Overall, loads to do with small children, good food, good service, only let down by the rooms.

   We rented a six berth caravan overlooking the lake at far end. We did this later in season and got a relatively good deal. It was quite there . My granddaughter loved feeding the ducks and swans. It's quite a large site with a large amount of rooms and caravans available. Great if you have children as there is lots to do. Boasts a good swimming area with lots going on inside. There is a kinda fair ground outside with majority of rides free. But there can be long waits as it seems the were short staffed. Inside tented area there are live shows for kids and sometimes adults. An arcade boasting many things. Bar and food areas. Some shops of various sorts. But bring lots of money with you as it's not cheap. Found most members of staff were helpful and on the whole happy. You are also very close to a lovely big beach . Minehead town is nearby bye and is a lovely place to see. Give it a try if you have a family you may enjoy it.

   The rooms were fit for purpose, basic and clean. Had a problem with the first apartment being newly decorated, we contacted customer services and they moved us straight away. Food was plentiful and tasty, restaurant was lively and there were always helpful staff around. Had a lovely time, never bored, enjoyed every minute. Thank you
