Good value with an annual pass. Otherwise parking will cost you a fortune. Nice to have somewhere open in the winter, as most other parks are shut. Waits approx 20 to 30 mins each today. Not many staff, and less places to eat. If taking a disabled/SEN person check the website as very confusing the first time if you need assistance.

Busy and a bit on the pricey side. But worth a visit. A lot of time spent queuing and only went for the day. But some fab rides and we saw some animals too. Would be good to see some different food and drink options as well.

We went here on a members only day as we wouldn't normally go out our way to travel here. It was a lovely day with a safari theme throughout the theme park. Majority of the queues were long for what the rides were but we did manage to go on all the ones we wanted to as it was a full day there. Lots of places to eat, because it was members only there were certain rides shut and parts of the park closed but it was a fun day had by the kids. I would say it is great for children aged between 5-13yrs in my opinion as mine are a little older and only had about 4/5 rides they wanted to go on. If you want or need a priority card to skip queues you do need to get this sorted at least 7 days before you arrive.

Some of the ride had to close as there was a technical issue but reopened. The ques seamed to go fast and we didn't wait too long to get onto he rides. Everything was clean and tidy. If I had to criticise something it was anything you purchased seamed to cost £10. No matter if it was a drink and hat or food all £10 each.

Recommended to all. One of the place to visit with children. Activities for all ages. There are lots to see and experience. It was an wonderful visit. Opens at 10am every day. But please check their website for latest opening times. We spent full day but wasn't enough due to lot of waiting in the queue. Please make sure if you have little children in your party then they are at least 1.2 meter tall which is a minimum requirement for all most all rides. Ticket price is nearly £33 for children but if they are under 1.2 meter tall then not worth to visit due to they won't get in to any of the rides. I must say that the park is huge. Parking is £4 per day per car. All disabled facilities and separate entry for almost all rides. If you are visiting this place then start your day from opening time. Plenty of hot foods and beverages also available.

Rides are pretty good but can have long wait times on high thrill rides. Zoo is feeling a little neglected to me but they do mix some animal enclosures throughout the park. Great for families with younger and older kids. There are enough non ride activities to keep people busy too.

A fun and entertaining theme park which includes a zoo. We took two kids, both under 5 and it was a full day spent with activities for all of us to enjoy. The waiting times for quite a few rides can extend to over 30 minutes so it might be worthwhile to consider the fast track options. Parking is plenty but it does cost around £4. There are good options for food and they are spread around the park.

To start with the negatives. The animals in the zoo generally looked like they were in a terrible state. The whole park seemed very shabby. Lots of areas which desperately needed a lick of paint or a good scrub. And the toilets were not at all clean. It just felt like a business that was down on its luck and very tired. So now the positives. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The app was very good. And we enjoyed the rides and even without paying for Reserve and Ride the queues were doable. Overall I'm not sure I would recommend this place. Cleanliness and maintenance have to be the number one priority for a family oriented venue and I just feel Chessington is seriously missing the mark on both.

Stayed here from Monday and Tuesday, staying over the Monday night at the Safari Hotel. We really enjoyed the park, youngest was 1.1m oldest 1.2m so a few rides we had to separate for a few. Easier 1:1 child to adult ratio for under 7s I'd say. Hotel room was perfect and it was amazing staying next to the safari park. Buffet dinner and breakfast at the Azeteca Hotel was mayhem but really good quality. Perfect for the kids. Loved the 9am entry to the park although I'd flag not that many rides were open. Overall a great 2 days with a 4 and 6 year old.
