   Definitely my favourite trampoline park in Surrey. Plenty of free parking, reasonable jump session prices and so much to do for all ages. They have a section of soft play for smaller children and then the bigger part for over 4’s. Every time we have been, even at its busiest, it has always stayed clean and always somewhere to sit whilst the kids bounce. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available. Great food choices and again reasonable prices.

   My kids love being at JumpIn. We go every now and then, sometimes with friends and other times with just the kids, but they always have the best time. My oldest son had one of his birthday parties here, and said that it was his best one yet. They also have a soft play for little ones so they can join in the fun. It makes me feel jealous watching them have so much fun! Would highly recommend to anyone with young kids, they are guaranteed to have a great time.

   Had my son's 5th birthday party here and him and his friends were having a blast. The trampoline area is big but not too overwhelming, several staff members were looking after everyone for safety reasons. The UV party room was excelent, the kids were all delighted. The food was fresh and tasty, the pizza was warm and delicious. The staff member was attentive and helpful in the room. I wish I took her name to put it here. We're all felt very well looked after and not rushed at all even if we passed our 30 minutes time in there. Thank you! We will be coming back!

   We’ve been regular visitors to Jump In for a while now, and our kids absolutely love it! The birthday parties are always brilliantly organised, and the children leave with big smiles every time. The equipment feels safe and well maintained, and there’s always plenty of staff around to supervise. I’d especially like to mention Ellie, who was incredibly helpful during a recent visit when my child needed a hand getting out of a tricky spot. She handled it with such care and professionalism she’s truly an asset to the team.

   *Soft play review* - not suitable for young toddlers. Advertised as 0-6 but it’s definitely not really suitable for children below (3?) I’d say… Took my 13 month old and there wasn’t much he could do. The stairs were too big for him to climb, there were a few very big drops down that he could have easily fell down Also quite dirty looked like it needed a good clean

   Been here with my family on several occasions now and it is a lot of fun! The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The trampolines and other attractions are in great condition and they offer a lot of other fun activities like the Clip and Climb walls. Their prices are reasonable and we have also held a birthday party here. I would definitely recommend Jump In Esher to anyone looking for a fun and safe indoor experience. Many Thanks Donna Thomas

   So busy it was ridiculous. My children missed 15 minutes of their climbing session as the queue to check in was so long, with only one person serving, then 25 minutes of their jump session as they were given the wrong size socks and had to queue again. Surely they must know how many people they will have for each session, so to have too few staff is totally ridiculous. Also spent 15 minutes waiting for 2 bottles of water.

   Good fun for the kids who enjoyed the climbing and bouncing. The fact that you can do both is a great benefit. The variety of climbing was good for an hour and the hardest wall was a good challenge as well as there being some simpler ones. It was only a shame that so many were out of order - especially the timer on the speed climb. The bouncing was busy but there was plenty of opportunity for them to do what they wanted.

   We had an wonderful time yesterday at the venue the kids absolutely loved it. The place is new and was very clean. I like the fact it was not too busy we all had our space to jump etc . The soft play section and trampoline was great. Next time we will try the rock climbing. Thank you for a great day.
