Good Christmas themed shows, the grandchildren loved it. The pool was brilliant, nice and warm with lazy river, wave pool, younger children's pool with slides. Good fairground rides outside and lots of slot machines etc in the amusement arcade. Plenty of choice for food such as Papa John's, Burger king and fish and chips.

This was our 1st time at Butlins, overall the stay was great, with lots to do for our family of 6. Kids are aged 11, 9, 7 and 3. There was lots to do and most of our days were filled with shows and activities. Including the pool which had lots of slides and areas for all ages and the fairground that didn't seem too busy when we visited, barely any wait times, which was great for our neurodivergent children who hate waiting. Cleanliness could be better in rooms but as I've mentioned in one of the sections, the whole place needs a bit of a facelift. First impressions weren't great, but the holiday grew on me over the week, not sure if it was enough to make us return though...

worst experience of my life come home after 2 days never seen anything as dirty in my life, coral beach restaurant wants to be condemned if health and hygiene went in there it would be closed immediately! raw food, dirty cutlery, plates and glasses! even worse customer services! and then to be kicked out because we told them the food made us all ill made us wait 7 hours locked out of our rooms while we sorted transport home! with 3 small kids and a baby! swimming baths was made up of probably 80% urine 20% chlorine to try and cover it up, rooms look like they were last cleaned in 1998! dirty bedsheets 3 inches of dust on every surface, broken furniture mouldy bathroom! Told because THEIR germ infested food made us ill we had to be locked in the filthy rooms for 48 hours and be delivered the same food that turned our stomachs, or leave and receive a refund, obviously we left and now being refused a refund that was offered! absolutely disgusting behaviour, hiding behind terms and conditions to rob people of their money! never again shame on you butlins SKEGNESS ruining what should have been a fun break for children that left ill and disappointed! This is just one of the photos of the food we got offered

Room could definitely do with a good deep clean. Curtains were stained and cobwebs everywhere.cooker was unusable as there wasn't a shelf luckily the bed linen was clean. Everything things else was great the pools are fantastic and the entertainment second to none what food we did had was fine . As you'd expect the onsite shop was extortionate so get your provisions before you arrive . Would we go again at the price we paid I definitely would the wife probably not .

This is my second year in a row coming to the big weekenders for adults only. There is so much to do. The acts who perform are always great, although it's our second year and they have quite a few of the same acts, so if you like different shows come a different time of year the next time. We had sky via bar, which was nice, but they moved the drag show and comedy into a larger venue, so we didn't use it as much as we wanted. We did the bottomless brunch, which was incredible. Great service and food was amazing. We will be doing that again. The rooms were clean and spacious. We did have a 3 bedroom gold so had some upgrades and would recommend if you don't go out all the time. Standard to dress up in costumes, we did tie dye and elves for fun which is always nice. Would definitely recommend if you like reliving some music from your youth.

Stayed here in may with my partner and 3 year old son and we loved it! The weather made it even better as it was lovely all week! Unfortunately my son wasn’t feeling well, however we managed to do so much whilst there! The only thing we felt let it down was the food as we felt it was basic, however next time we’ll opt for self catering. A lovely first proper family holiday

I'm here for a four day break, with a 2 year old. We went with a standard apartment and the premium dinning package. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The beds are a little bit firm but comfortable, the apartment has everything we need to make it home while we are here, there is a fridge, a microwave and an oven, a TV and two sofas and a dinning table. The premium dinning package is absolutely worth the money. Its a buffet option but you get different options every night and can eat as much or as little as you like, great for fussy little eaters. Most of the entertainment is free so if your on a budget this is the place to be. I would definitely come back. The staff are really friendly.

I was actually impressed by our silver accommodation which was clean and tidy and had towels, a dishwasher and tea and coffee. I would just say it needs another toilet as we struggled with 6 of us and only one bathroom. The 70s weekend exceeded my expectations, great value for money. You had to queue as it was busy but if you got there early you could get a seat. We walked into Skegness on the beach which was lovely and got the open top bus back which was lovely.

The pros- The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. - The swimming pool is great, one of the best things about Butlins Skegness. - The food from the food court is good and good value on a dining plan. - The shows were excellent, especially the musical entertainment. The Cons- People are smoking everywhere around the park, even though there are designated smoking areas, these aren't enforced. The smell of cannabis was also smelt regularly, especially around the rooms. - The room we stayed in, ( Silver room) was old and tired looking. It was unclean, with what looked like old food up the walls and door. There were no mattress protectors on mattresses or pillows and various unsavoury stains in the bathroom. - The Centre stage and most especially REDS was absolutely filthy. The carpet was sticky all over, you could actually feel your feet squelching as you walked. Overall - A good value break away where the staff seem to genuinely care. But don't expect the cleanliness to be of a good standard.
