   Grays Food Centre is honestly one of my favourite places to shop. As soon as you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome—they’re friendly, patient, and always happy to help. It’s the kind of service you don’t see much anymore. The store has a great mix of everything you need: fresh fruit and veg, everyday groceries, and even those harder-to-find items you’d normally have to go elsewhere for. Everything is clean, well stocked, and the prices are fair too. What I really love is the atmosphere. It feels like a proper neighbourhood shop where they actually care about their customers. Whether I’m grabbing just one thing or doing a full shop, it’s always a good experience. If you haven’t visited yet, definitely give it a try—you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

   Avoid this place if you are buying meat. I bought meat from them few times now and each time there is a issue. I love to support local shops but this the 2nd turkish shop where butchers has no training. They lack basic skills.

   Staff are rude and even the managers are a serious concern to public safety. Wearing the mask on the face is of very little concern to them let alone social distancing. Products however are at a respectable price and quality. Just a shame many of the staff isn't.

   The range of food is good and the staff are friendly. My only concern is the lady at the tills, she seems to have several times overcharged me, parents or friend by “accident” and only when I told her the actual price did she change the total and apologise. Several of my neighbours told me the same thing about the lady at the tills.
