“5 star for a Asian supermarket as pricing is responsible, but the star will drop if you're looking for wholesale price. wonderful location to finish off your shopping day and loads of spaces to park. Longdan is a great place to buy a few snacks and Bob's for the family, but not ideal for businesses. I see people drop stars due to refund problems, but I haven't had that problem there yet? once I have thought they've short change me, but it's my error due to price tag under item was for a different product. I can't blame staff for not giving me the price match.”

Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! “This is definitely the place to shop for families especially if you like to entertain and great for businesses too. There is a large variety of food, beverages, confectionery, alcohol and some electrical goods as well. The majority of the goods sold here are sold in large quantities or bulk. Costco has a very busy small/medium cafe with a limited menu. There is a very large car park, which is free to park, and just at the end of the car park is a handy petrol pump. Everything that I have seen is wheelchair friendly.”

“Excellent Place, lots to choose from, based on Iceland products. Wide range of goods from frozen to tinned to packet food, small Electrical items. Parking lot is a bit fiddly with only one way out, with plenty of idiots pissballing about trying 8 attempts to reverse into a space. If they drove in forward or acted positively there would be no problems.”

“Sainsbury’s is one of the biggest retailers stores in UK . Specifically one in Chafford Hundreds servings the local community for ages. It has large car parking spaces with car wash facilities while you shop. It’s has a fuel station very convenient and price are good compared to other supermarket.”

“By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“I visited Tesco Extra at Lakeside today and was genuinely impressed by the customer service team very supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The store itself is huge, well-organized, and offers plenty of free parking, which makes shopping stress-free. Even though I’m not local, I always make it a point to stop by this Tesco Extra whenever I’m in Lakeside because it’s so convenient for groceries and everyday essentials. It really feels like a great asset to the local community. One thing I noticed this time was that the selection of children’s school uniforms was quite limited. I hope to see more variety and options in the future. Overall, a fantastic place to shop with peace of mind!”
