Open 7am my back side… everytime I’ve been there, them shuttered are always down… I could understand if you had a delivery outside and was restocking the shelves since it is a Monday…. But everyday for the past year or so?! Like really… doesn’t normally open till after half 7.
On many occasions shelves are empty, freezers aren’t working properly or at all. Often closing at opening times. Not reliable at all. Avoid
hasn’t been open for a while but have kept their business open on google maps, the two times i’ve gone, people keep coming up to the shop frustrated because of the inaccurate google maps schedule
The only time I would be happy to come to this supermarket would be post apocalypse when every where else has been looted. Overpriced, poor choice, always at least 2 self service tills broken. And I have long since given up trying to scan my coop card. Last time I went they didn't even have baskets. PROS: it's conveniently located EDIT: Went again because I needed some eggs and butter and milk. I assumed this would be possible. It was not. The middle of a day on a Saturday and there's nothing in the shop. Do not come here if you are looking to buy groceries.
Extremely rude staff as always! especially Samsul(name is based on the receipt) not once or twice and either behind the counter or not always rude.. No matter how tired or whatever you are don’t bring that to customers and drop the attitude… Furthermore the prices are stupidly expensive in low quality and their mainlines, they think they are Waitroses !!
Very rude staff. Treat customers very badly and they also short changed me twice. And have incorrect pricing on the shelves. Avoid this place as they just want to steal money from their customers.
Staff are friendly. The shop sometimes has stock issues with several empty shelves. But overall usually find what I need
Staff by the name Lisa extremely rude towards people whoo look asian and of muslim appearance. Can't believe she is still employed in this shop!
It's a small co op, always get what you need. Don't expect super market more like better than corner shop.
Awful and incredibly rude manager/supervisor. This is my local co-op, and I often avoid it at all costs. I was there today, the 14th of May, after 6 pm. A pack of crisps was wrongly priced, and when I enquired about this, the extremely rude manager/supervisor verbally insulted me. The manager/supervisor who was there today needs to be reminded that it's unacceptable to insult customers for merely asking a question. I was very polite and asked why the price differed from what was on the shelf, and he thought insulting and shouting at me was an acceptable way to respond to my enquiry. This speaks volumes of the company culture, as I am not the only one to have had such an awful experience. Next time I am insulted by one of your staff, I will call the police!
