   The guy at the counter accusing me of fraud for a collection of part 2 of 2 part item that costs £3 (an aerial cable). Been there a day before for the first part and multiple times before, didn’t get accusatory questions on how I paid for a £3 item, neither did the white guys before me… and didn’t meet this guy fortunately. I asked him why he’s asking these accusatory questions and he says because there’s been a lot of fraud recently. I had to show him my driving licence and sign to collect the item worth £2.99 that comes in 2 parts that I’ve already collected the first of. “Screw (fix)” yourselves and your unconscious biases lol !!!

   Went in to screwfix to get a dimmer switch and a few bits for the toilet and the staff was patient enough to take us through our various options. Social distancing measures are fully respected here too. Many offers atm

   Normally pretty good but today had to stand out in the rain for nearly 10 min. Click and collect they call it but nobody came out or went in during this time.customers in there for almost 10 min. That's not click an collect. Obviously ordering and waiting for items. Shouldn't have been allowed especially as cue waiting outside in the rain.

   Always a great service here. However, I cannot comply with their pre-order online system as there is a fault with the payment landing page. It's still not been addressed a month after I first tried placing an order. It's not the local Screwfix team's issue. Rather, it someone at their headquarters who needs to sort things out.
