Couldn’t fault anything! Me and my partner had a lovely experience from the lady behind the til, we didn’t catch her name but she was blonde, glasses and butterfly tattoo on her neck, she was absolutely lovely she made conversation with us, she made us laugh and her customer service was spot on! Very rare in nowerdays society to have a decent chat with someone who’s actually down to earth and humerus. Thankyou so much to the lady that served us today 5 stars from us! Conor, Lottie & Bump Merry Christmas x

I like this store as it sells more of a range of food which is more inline with the British palate. The aisles are wide ideal for wheelchairs. The shelves are always fully stocked. Lidl is by far more competitively priced when it comes to meat, poultry and fish. Try comparing Aldi to Lidl, Lidl wins hands down. Lidl has won awards for their amazing bakery, if you haven't tried the bakery pop in and try, you won't be disappointed. This store has a problem with removing rotten fresh products, and not looking after the plants it sells. In summer the majority were wiltered and dead because there is no one to take the lead and say this week we are having these two people who will check this area to tidy and water, instead they would rather let them die. The staff here are marginally better than there counter part Romford. I'm not sure what happens to staff in Lidl stores when they are new they start of helpful, even smile and then a few months later they end up the same as the staff that have been in the store for a long time, looking that they dont want to be there, as if they are doing you a favour for shopping that the Lidl store. Lidl do have car parks at their stores but unfortunately allow anyone to park upto 90 minutes, which is unfair for people wanting to park to shop in the Lidl store. The car park is an easy fit and get the people who look after the car park to implement so that the car park is only for Lidl customers. I know first hand how annoying it is to find the car park full, multiple cars driving around for a space, yet you go into the store and there is only approximately half the people compared to the cars parked.

Moses was so condescending and rude at the tills this afternoon. He also completely lacked any patience. When I approached his colleague for assistance (who was manning the self checkouts at around 4pm today), he told me to wait without saying a word but by putting 1 finger up to my face. Customer service and manners out of the window.

I love Lidl but this afternoon they had just two manned checkouts in operation and queues down the aisles the longest I have ever seen. Whether they were short staffed I do not know but when the queues are starting to form down the aisles they are meant to open more tills. It should have been all hands on deck with 5 tills open at least. The store also looked quite shambolic and needed a good tidy, the bakery section was at best 20% stocked which given it was early Saturday afternoon was unacceptable. The thought of facing those queues again would put me off returning.

Not bad, not the best, but not bad. Has the usual "fresh" bakery. Well stocked when we visited. Staff at the checkout were friendly and cheerful which is always a good sign. Car park has plenty of spaces.

Horrible shopping experience. Yesterday I only had 5 items, on the till somebody's transaction did not go through, two people in front and me we had to wait and wait over 20 minutes. The issue still not solved. The customer went off outside! to get another card or some money....leaving the rest waiting and till could not be used. Why couldn't Lidl cancel that transaction so the rest of us could pay for our items quickly? I left my shopping on the belt and went somewhere else. As a company Lidl should think ahead

The best one I visited from many as I drive around. My card stopped working so i asked them if they can keep it for me, came back few hours later and they kept it inside chiller for me. Very good staff. There always new items instore every week and 90% always stocked up. I think Bakery is the best I've seen, always fresh and loads of variety.

Fruits and vegetables bought in this particular branch always goes bad, literally hours after buying them, even when kept as suggested on the container. Mouldy rotten oranges and lemons are left mix with others in good state for days, it's like the staff doesn't even bother checking fruits basket, same issues with strawberries and grapes. The staff always seems like they don't want to be there or be bothered.

I left my shopping behind and did not realise until the following day.I thought I would call customer services on the off chance to see if my shopping bag was handed in.Customer services were so friendly and polite, after checking with lakeside store they advised me to pop in. To my surprise my shopping bag had been put away, waiting for me to collect. Staff in the store also so friendly and helpful. Just so refreshing when people actually go above and beyond in there job, I'm finding it is rare nowadays.

A great new Lidl store for the local area. Lots of products with a small frozen section and a large bakery. Outside there are plenty of parking space including disabled spaces.
