Was disappointed with Carleton pharmacy this time and because the prescription was issued on the 18th and now it's 21st I never even got a leavelet which I normally get when I'm not inn there wasn't even that behind the door....

Carleton is so very lucky to have Jonathan and his team working in the village. He and his staff bend over backwards to ensure you receive the best possible service available. Also, as an independent pharmacy they seem to be able to obtain medicines/products which franchise pharmacies cannot (or are reluctant to). During the pandemic the free delivery service, of medicines, has been invaluable to those self isolating or shielding as well as the regular customers who have always taken advantage of the delivery service offered. Jonathan and his team are a real part of the community and will go all out to help their customers in making life easier and less complicated for them and not just for a pharmaceutical point of view. 5 stars just does not seem enough.
