   Myself, my husband and a friend went to the oktoberfest yesterday afternoon and paid for the steins in cash. The overall day was brilliant but unfortunately ruined by the venue not rewarding us of our deposit for the steins that was promised that would get reimbursed by the end of the session. I was hurt by one of the security people as he wouldn't let me leave when we requested our refund for the steins. 1 - we need our refunds back as this was promised. 2 - security need to be trained better as I should never have got hurt for something that I was in the right about.

   We came here yesterday for the afternoon Oktoberfest event, which was absolutely brilliant! HOWEVER! When leaving, we had an awful experience! We paid a cash deposit for our stein glasses and queued up to hand them in and get our deposit back, which was what was promised when we entered the event. We queued up for around 20 minutes. We were then told there was no cash to hand back to us and no way to refund us electronically. We were disgusted at being told this! We said to the staff that we would keep the steins then, as we had effectively bought them, if they could not give us our deposit back. The staff agreed. HOWEVER! The security staff would not allow us to leave with our steins and were very forcefully detaining us unlawfully and stopping us going about our business freely. They would not allow us to leave the venue. In the process of moving past them, my wife was being physically held back by a security member and she now has a bruise on her arm! This situation was unacceptable and disgusting! We want our £20 deposit back for 4 steins!

   We came here for R&B mania. Absolutely shocking no enough toilets. The toilets were disgusting no paper and rubbish all over. 35 min wait for toilet was no on. We paid extra for VIP there wasn’t a VIP except a bar. Total waste on money. You had lads inside smoking not enough security and no one gave a toss what anyone was doing. Place stunk of weed i couldn’t wait to leave

   only visited for a tattoo by ao3ink so haven’t tried to other places here however alex did a great job and was very helpful with it being my first tattoo! very easy process and nice environment! everything else looked super cool and would go again!

   Sheffield has needed a space like this for a long time. Several bars and businesses in one area, an enclosed compound that is suited for good weather and summer time. The price of the beers are high possibly due to its popularity its definitely not because of the location. It is just outside the Kelham Island area (outside of the city centre) that is now a popular area for drinks.

   Lots of places to choose from. Only tried a few but so far, the food is good and there is a fair selection of drinks. The beauty is you can have the food in one place and the drinks from another or vice versa

   Really fun place with a choice of places to eat and drink at, some space indoors also just in case that British Summer doesnt hold up! Had coffee and pancakes which were delicious, staff really friendly also. Would definitely recommend trying this out on a dry day rather than a wet one.
